I spent some great days with my family. The place is really quiet and beautiful, steps from the beach, very well maintained and Sandra is a total genius, always attentive, thank you very much!!

Rodrigo is one of the best hosts I've had in using Airbnb for well over 10 years. He even gave us a ride from/to the bus/train station! The place is located next to a really nice area of the city, which is full of cute shops, restaurants, and overall fun to hang out in. It's also a fairly short walk from the ocean. The place itself met our expectations & already has a washer. It's clear a lot of care went into decorating the interior.

we had a beautiful family vacation! The house is really excellent and comfortable, fully equipped, spacious in a quiet and beautiful environment. We felt very comfortable. Hernán and Laura, the hosts, are very predisposed and pleasant people. I would return without hesitation 😃

We arrived on March 11th at the apartment. Super comfortable, with a wonderful view of the sea, we could see the lunar eclipse and every sunrise, unique and unrepeatable. Everything works very well. Very comfortable mattresses. Ornella is very nice, attentive and quick to answer. We'd go back.

The accommodation is as shown in the ad. Clean, tidy, with everything you need to spend a few good vacation days. Melisa is very kind, she was ready when we had a problem and we were able to solve it quickly. We'll keep it in mind for another opportunity to rest for a few days

It's a nice apartment to enjoy in Mardel. Damian is always attentive and in favor of the comfort of us. It was a great weekend.

We had a really good time, we went with our b***h and everything was super practical since the patio is large and well fenced. The grill and pool are to take advantage of! The house is just as you can see in the photos, very nice! clean and comfortable. We were greeted by Manuela (Julía's sister) she was very clear and communicative, she even allowed us to stay a little more past check out! It's definitely to come back!

The apartment is excellent and has a wonderful view! It has two bathrooms with a shower and is ideal for a stay of up to 4 people. Just for caution, the entrance to the parking lot is small, so if you have a very large car check the measures before with Noemí. Noemi is great, she responds on time and everything is 10. We would go back without hesitation!

This place is amazing! The view is breathtaking, they are so friendly at the front desk. (Especially Frederico) they made me feel right at home, even though I did not speak Spanish they helped me understand everything and accommodated me with parking in the building. The view from the rooftop pool is absolutely amazing! The price for this place is minimal compared to the value that you receive. 10/10 will stay here again.

The apartment is nicer than the photos , the views are incredible , you don't want to leave the apartment. The building and the amenities are all clean and complete. The only thing against is the garage that is half tedious to enter and exit with the car (which I had been informed by Lorena before) Regarding communication with Lorena, it was excellent , not only allowed us to enter before 3:00 pm for check-in but also allowed us to stay the last day until later to be able to enjoy the day , which is really appreciated. Excellent apartment for a vacation, just like home. The apartment is just like the photos. Although the building is old, everything works perfectly. Safe, fast elevators, the apartment is impeccable, everything is new, even the appliances. Fernando was super attentive before and during the stay to make sure everything was perfect. The location is unbeatable, the accesses are super comfortable and safe. Worthy of recommendations and all the stars he has as a host.

Departamento was Spectacular and totally clean. Couldn't be better Every detail and comfort is inexplicable. The view is Prescious especially at night, the lighting of the Water Tower gives it a unique detail. Thank you very much for Hosting. It was one of the best Airbnbs my family and I have stayed.

Very nice apartment facing the coast, lots of light and a large window with a wide ocean view. Jorge is an excellent host. The location is far from downtown and on Camet Avenue, which is very busy.

Excellent accommodation. The location is very practical, you can walk around the beach and also a downtown area. The apartment itself is better than what you see in the photos. For three people or more it is comfortable as the bed in the living room is a mattress and not a sofa bed. It has everything you need and is practical for long stays. The hosts are super good vibes and with very good attention and predisposition. Highly recommended!

We thank Silvia and Monica for the beautiful stay we had and their immense kindness. The apartment is very comfortable; the view of the sea is spectacular, both from the living room and from the main bedrooms. It is fully equipped, even with thoughtful details such as táperes and board games, and the heating works great. Also, we were able to easily coordinate an earlier check in. It is also important to highlight the location, as it is close (less than five blocks) to supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants. We will definitely be back!
