The truth is that the apartment is a 10. Very spacious and summery, on two floors, ideal for kids. It was fully equipped and the location is excellent. Highly recommended.

The apartment is really very comfortable, fully equipped with quality furniture, spacious, and the balcony with ocean views is the plus that makes it worth it. Very nice complex, the amenities (gym, sports area, heated pool and pool) are very good. The pool is very well located, since it is in the middle of the way to the sea, allowing you to cool off on the way back from the beach. The service from the complex's security staff was very good, super friendly and willing to solve any issue. The hosts were proactive and willing to solve any problems, perfectly compensating for any unforeseen situations that may have occurred. The beach is very quiet, excellent. In short, very satisfied, we had a great time and rested very well! Thanks for everything!

Excellent location, a few meters from the beach. The Depto has all the comforts and is very well connected to key points such as the center of Pinamar or Carilo.

Very nice place, location and view. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious. I would only emphasize the cleanliness, which shows accumulated dirt, not from not cleaning, but from cleaning everything very superficially constantly. That makes the house not as clean as I would like it to be.

I 100% recommend staying at this place. I was very nice to be there to rest for a few days. My favorite part is definitely the covered quincho where I enjoy being able to appreciate the garden and is very comfortable in addition. On the other hand, Marta is always available for any concerns and is super loving. The house is very well equipped and in good condition

The place is beautiful, right on the beach, with wonderful views of the ocean. The apartment is spacious, clean, modernly appointed, and very comfortable, with lots of natural light and all of the amenities listed. Also, it is only 2 blocks from the main street where you will find all kinds of shops and restaurants. The complex enjoys 2 pools (one outdoors and one inside), gym, snack bar, and even a small store where you can buy certain essentials and snacks, etc. Our host was very communicative, gracious, and responsive. This is a beautiful and well-maintained property. We had a fantastic time, and I would highly recommend this property. We stayed here outside the traditional summer season, but it was still an outstanding stay with lots to do!

Very comfortable and is as shown in the photos of the publication, very few meters from the beach, the bedroom is very comfortable, it is excellent that it has 2 bathrooms with showers, the terrace a 10. Our stay was excellent. The apartment is very spacious and bright, the balcony-terrace is a plus as it allows you to enjoy the evenings eating and having a drink outdoors. It's also worth noting how clean it was when we arrived. Nicolas is an excellent host, he responds quickly and any concerns or requests we had were resolved in minutes. We'll be back!

We had a few beautiful days of rest together with my sisters and a puppy, and I can say that the apartment met all our expectations :). The place is just as shown in the photos, which gave us a lot of confidence from the beginning. In addition, it is very well equipped and is super comfortable. We had a small problem with the electricity supply, but Tomás was very efficient and resolved it quickly. Despite this small detail, the overall experience was excellent. We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located place. We loved it and would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is very comfortable! It has all the necessary elements to cook and use the grill. It doesn't have air conditioning in the living room, but with the air conditioning in the rooms and the fan, we were super comfortable. Highly recommended for 3 adults or 2 adults and children.

Very nice monoambient, ideal for going to the beach that is two blocks away. The mattresses are very good and the shower is excellent. Also the kitchen is complete in case you have to do something to eat. Highly recommended.

We stayed 8 days with a pet. The place is just as it appears in the photos, even a little larger than what you can see in the photos. The complex is very nice and has everything to have a good time and relax. The location is excellent, a few blocks from downtown and one block from Avenida Martin Pescador that takes you directly to the beach. Claudio's attention from the first moment was excellent, always attentive to any need.

A lovely place for a family beach vacation! The apartment was a great size for us, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was excellent, and it was a perk to have beach service included. We also enjoyed the indoor heated pool on rainy days, and the covered garage was also a bonus! We spent 4 great nights as a family. The apartment is in excellent condition, comfortable, clean with beautiful views from the balcony terrace with its grill. Ideal for a family barbecue. The building's amenities are very good, especially the heated pool and the dry sauna. The location is excellent, literally steps away from the shopping mall and 2 blocks from the main supermarket. The building has a garage, a game room with board games and ping pong. And the apartment has everything for a pleasant stay. I definitely recommend it and I would come back. Communication with Mauro was excellent.
