The master bedroom has a balcony and is en-suite. On the top floor, there is a large quincho (outdoor kitchen) with a grill and a balcony with a partial ocean view. The apartment has a washing machine, private Wi-Fi, air conditioning for heating, TV in the living room and bedrooms, and a garage.

Beach apartment 100 meters from the sea, with beach access only with 4x4. Away from the noise of the city and in a prime location on the Argentine coast. Our apartment is located within the last stage of the "Chacras del Mar" complex, so we have the advantage that they have been improved compared to the rest of the units and their equipment and decoration is all new. 24-hour security during the summer.
