This place was huge and accommodated all 6 of us comfortably. There is a Jack and Jill half bath connected to two of the rooms, a full bath in one of the bedrooms, another full bath upstairs by the bedrooms and a half bath on the first level. Sunny was a great host and very responsive. As mentioned in other reviews, the house is a little dated but I believe he’s working on getting it updated. We did find a half full white claw can in the window in the dining area, assuming from the prior vacationers, but nothing extreme in the way of cleanliness. The floors and stairs can be a bit slippery if only wearing socks, so please be careful!! All in all, this was a great house and location!

We had a great stay. The place was perfect for our visit being close to friends, family and the city. Our dog was very comfortable there while on his first big trip.

Communication: Fast reply, we booked in last minute and Zoe instantly replied to make sure our booking details are attended. Throughout the trip they also communicated in an effecient and respectful way Place: Newly renovated modern style sqeaky clean basement suit, with high quality utensils. Beds on firmer side but very comfy. Hosts give attention to details for your best experience, such welcoming snacks, auto lighting on when going out in the dark , earplugs for each guest etc. very quiet with only occasionally upstairs steps even for super sensitive family members. Parking: Ample free street parking just in front of the place for two cars. Eco-friendly: Clear instructions on trash and recycling process. Visiting from US we definitely learned so much and really appreciate Vancouver s care to environment! The place was beautiful, very clean and the rooms were spacious. We were a group of 8 and we hadn’t felt cramped at all. The location was secluded in a quiet neighbourhood and was surrounded by gorgeous greenery. The wifi and heat ran smooth. Overall my friends and I had a great time and could not recommend this place more.

We had a wonderful stay! Albert was very responsive, helpful and accommodating. The home had everything we needed, especially a beautiful and functional kitchen and dining space for some group dinners. The area was quiet and safe, and had a fantastic view of the mountains. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Kristen’s AirBnB was amazing. We felt very comfortable, it is very spacious, stylish and well equipped. The location is perfect for people with dogs like us, with Trout Lake right outside the backyard. We really enjoyed our time :)

Was a great place to stay at. Cindy was friendly and great host. She was able to accommodate our early check-in. Apartment had a pool/hot tub that was worth it after a long day of walking. Perfect walking distance for what we had planned. Would stay again.

Our family had a great time at Carmen’s place. Her place was clean, bright, close to everything, exactly as described and in the photos and more. The kitchen had plenty of plates, bowls, mugs, utensils, pots, and basic appliances. We appreciated Carmen’s hospitality when she accommodated our request for a buggy (for doing our grocery, as T&T Supermarket is just across the street from the building); when she arranged to switch for a bigger parking slot to ensure our vehicle will fit; and when she accommodated for a slightly later checkout and offering some flexibility for our stay dates when my kids were not feeling well before the trip. The location cannot be beat, it is close to everything. T&T, Chinatown, malls and restaurants. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Lillian was wonderful with our check in, we ran into some issues at home and ended up having to leave late , she was attentive and made the process very smooth. The space is great if you are in town to go to an event, we were here for a hockey game with our teenage boys and the space was very comfortable for the 5 of us. The kitchen is very limited so if you’re a big cook you may run into some shortages but other then that it was a lovely stay and reasonably clean. The view is absolutely stunning especially at night! The beds were comfortable and there were tons of pillow options along with extra blankets if needed. I highly recommend Lillian’s place, and for the very convenient location the price over all wasn’t bad. Bonus to be right at a skytrain station made going out and exploring great we were able to leave our vehicle in the secure parking and not worry about transportation! Thanks Lillian !

Spotlessly clean. Fantastic apartment for our family of 5. Amazing location right next to the sky train and Rogers Arena (highly recommend going to see an ice hockey game!). Supermarket just round the corner. Lovely views, the apartment has everything you need and we made good use of the swimming pool and hot tub which is really big. Overall we had a fantastic stay and the host was very responsive.

Great place to stay in Birch Bay! Dan and Sherri were great hosts, the condo was very comfortable and had a nice view of the bay. Very responsive and answered all our questions promptly and clearly. Would stay here again!

Was the perfect getaway for my wife and kids! Pool was amazing and great fun for our kids. Place was clean, quiet and it was the perfect peaceful location for a relaxing weekend! Can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful time at Reubens tiny home. The grounds are well cared for and the home itself is clean, comfortable and bright. I loved waking up in the morning, brewing a cup of coffee in the kitchen with the windows open. The bed was very comfortable and earplugs were provided since the train is so close by, but we love the noise (except perhaps at 2am!) so chose not to use them. We kept the skylight above the bed open at night to listen to the frogs and crickets and other countryside ambiance. There is an airport nearby, so lots of activity in the sky above most of the day. We took a short morning walk at Blaauw eco reserve , which is a 5 min walk up the road from your front door. Fort Langley is close-by and great for an afternoon treasure hunt and lunch. The Sauna was a nice treat and the whole setup is very peaceful. One of our favorite memories of our stay was Blue the dog happily galloping towards us when we entered the gate to say our goodbyes. Wonderful suite on the lower level of a character house in East Van. Quick, kind communication.. clean thoughtful space, beautiful little patio zone.. super close to everything on Commercial Drive and just down the road from a fantastic park (open green space, community gardens, tennis courts with views of the mountains!) Mieke was kind to let me check out late as they didn’t have someone arriving today which made my travel much smoother. I’d stay again in a heartbeat. You can hear the family upstairs from time to time but even less than I expected. Bed seemed very new - firm but comfy - having laundry is always a bonus. Loved it all. Thanks!

Fantastic place to stay

We had a blast at this comfortable, clean and spacious place. 2 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms were a bonus. A variety of delicious food in walking distance, the area is definitely vibrant and fun. Comfy beds, especially the one across from the bathroom. Nicely decorated with extras- speaker, world globe, chess. Thank you for welcoming our dog too!

this was our second stay, this time with our dog. we really like Andrew's place. it is so unique and charming and the neighborhood is very nice and quiet. it is close to most of our family and we would absolutely stay again

Virpi is a helpful, responsive, and accommodating host. We appreciated that the unit is well stocked (lots of extra blankets, enough dishes, laundry detergent that we could use, etc). It's worth noting for us because we are a family of five and have stayed in too many places where this isn't the case! The unit was simple and clean and a great affordable option in the area.

We were doing a large reno and needed a place to stay that was fully equipped. We also wanted to have our dog with us and have our children and grandchildren visit. Rachel's place was exactly what we needed.

Candy is the sweetest person and very helpful! She keeps a pristine yard and garden; it's a perfect, peaceful getaway. Great nature views and great company. Candy & Steve are perfect 👌
