Monthly Rentals in Maple Bluff

Mine was an extended stay in the middle of an extremely cold winter. In-floor heating was a big plus. A couple of glitches along the way, but Jennifer was very responsive and found the resources to resolve the issues. It is relatively new construction, and 10-15 minutes from anything one might need. For me, vastly superior to other lodging options.

I stayed at this apartment for 7 weeks and had a great time. The apartment is clean and has an excellent location (walking distance to the city center and the university campus). The kitchen has a lot of high quality equipment, which makes it pleasant to cook here. The only downside is that the sound insulation in the apartment is not great. This is not really an issue as it is a quiet neighborhood, but on two nights a week (Wednesdays and Sundays) a garbage truck collects the trash from right below the window at 3:30 am. Apart from that, my stay was exceptional.

Kim is very responsive and accomodating. Could not ask for abetter host. The apartment is very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The location is in a charming and walkable neighborhood. I will stay here again.

What a wonderful place to stay! We were there for two months and had plenty of space and especially enjoyed the recliner couch for watching TV. This apartment is perfectly located in an established neighborhood walking distance to Alliant Center and Monona Lake. A special shout out to our delightful hosts for making us feel so welcome (and letting us feed their birds)!
