Cottage vacation rentals in Manzanita

Had a wonderful stay. Phenomenal location to walk to anything we wanted to do during our stay at Seaside. Quick walk to the beach and the promenade. Hot tub was fantastic to relax and enjoy as well after the long day walking.

This is what a beach cottage should be! Easy walk to the beach that was not crowded at all, but it was early and cool. We spent a lot of time in the house and thoroughly enjoyed it! A very well appointed kitchen and would be a great place for a family. The bedrooms are good sized and the king bed upstairs is very comfortable…didn’t try the others. Nice fenced backyard for the dog, wish I could have tried the hot tub. A nice little town that is less touristy than most others yet still things to do. Will definitely stay here again.

This place is magical! It’s on the edge of the forest and a few blocks to ocean. After a morning soak in the awesome hot tub on deck we walked in to the forest. It was awe inspiring under the huge canopy of trees. I felt so connected to Mother Nature at that moment. The home was spotlessly clean on arrival with a number of beds and enough space for a large family. Very comfortable and well stocked, even had a pet basket, we felt right at home. Wished we could have stayed longer and are already making plans to come back this summer. Kylee was very accommodating, we booked last minute and she extended us a late checkout so we could have a lazy morning and enjoy the place. 100% recommend this place!

The place is exactly as advertised -- a funky bar with a kitchen and some beds. Pool, air hockey, and video games were all fantastic. It was a fun way to spend a few days.

Beautiful view, clean with plenty of things to do. Very clear directions to the home. Responded quickly to messages. We look forward to returning in the future!

Our stay at Breakers End was wonderful from start to finish! The location couldn’t be better, and every detail was thoughtfully designed and well-appointed. The description was spot on, and Hillary went above and beyond with her communication. She even helped return an item we accidentally left behind. My kids want to go back so they can play in the big private yard and the lofted alcove again! I can’t recommend this place, and its fantastic host, highly enough.

The house was absolutely lovely! Clean and had everything we needed. The street traffic is a little noisy throughout the night and there isn’t an ocean view. But it is only a few minutes walk to the beach and you can still hear the waves from the house. The host is also fantastic! She made sure everything went smoothly for us. Thank you!

Nathaniel and Nadja were such responsive, thoughtful hosts! Reminded me of what Airbnb was in the beginning-- someone's genuine home that is cared for and has everything you might need. They were welcoming and accommodating and the cottage was just so cozy and perfect. Highly recommend!

We loved this spot! I really loved the chain link fence around the entire property. It was easy to walk the dogs down to the beach. Thank you for having us!

We found the house and got access to it easily following the instructions. The house had everything we could possibly need. The place is super peaceful with birds chirping around. The location was very close to the beach and to the forest. Megan was very responsive and accommodating. We would like to come back.

This place was just right for 4 adults and 1 child. Not huge but cozy and cute with everything we needed. The close proximity to the beach was amazing! We had a great time! The host brought us condiments and gave us local restaurant and activity recommendations which was very nice.

This sweet spot was perfect for a brief coastal stay with my aging parents. The accessibility features—especially at the entrance and in the bathroom—made everything more comfortable and low-stress, which we really appreciated. The garage made an excellent staging area for laundry and paddle boards, and the location is ideal: quiet and tucked away, but equidistant to both Manzanita and Nehalem. The home itself is thoughtfully appointed—cozy without being overdone, organized without being persnickety—and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals with ease. We were also traveling with our puppy-in-training for Guide Dogs for the Blind and found it to be very dog-friendly—much appreciated! When an unexpected leak cropped up from a newly installed dishwasher, the host responded quickly and kindly, resolving it within two hours and without disrupting our stay. We’d gladly stay here again—it’s a wonderful home base for exploring the coast.

Great little spot within walking distance to downtown and the beach! Huge positive that it’s dog friendly :)

Cute little place! Has lots of fun stuff to do around. There is no TV. But the fire pit made up for it.

This place was super cute and an easy walk to the beach. We loved the deck and yard which were so peaceful. The house was charming and cozy. Manzanita has a ton of cute places to eat and the Friday farmer’s market was a treat.

A fantastic stay for a trip to the coast! More secluded location, but still minutes from the beach made for a very peaceful stay. Wonderful spot for a stay with kids ir dogs. Note that there is actually MORE space than is shown in the listing.

Amazing place to stay. Very cozy and incredible views with easy beach access. Pet friendly place, so a corner of the couch smelled a bit like dog, but otherwise immaculate. Doug is a wonderful host.

We had a large party of 11 with 5 kids and we had a wonderful time! It was clean and had all the amenities you could think of! We will be returning!

I had a wonderful time. The setting was special and the cabin was cozy and comfortable. I am so glad I got to visit.

This place has everything you would need, games, movies, books, wi-fi, plenty of clean towels, washcloths, sheets & blankets etc. The kitchen was well stocked with basics such as spices. Has covered parking making unloading/loading of your car nice and dry. The neighborhood was peaceful and although it was a few blocks from the ocean, it was easy and quick to walk to. I loved the covered back deck, which had a table, chairs and a bar-be-cue. There really wasn't anything that the owner didn't think of. I would not hesitate to book again and would also recommend it to friends and others.

Comfortable little place

Very conveniently located and easy to walk everywhere in town. Central to lots of restaurants, cafes and a local winery room. Looking forward to visiting Manzanita again!

Very comfortable place to stay close to downtown and the beach. We loved playing the Clue Escape game they had, we had a great family game night! We also enjoyed walking downtown and discovering the arcade and pizza place. Perfect vacation. Thank you.
