Love, love, love the Mermaid Escape! The house is so adorable and feels like a home away from home. The location is amazing! It's just a 5 min walk to the beach and on the way you pass a general store (which has about everything including firewood for the beach), a Mexican restaurant, and a brunch place. If you need anything else, it's just a 5 min drive away. The jacuzzi and fire pit on the deck are divine, and the two large soaking tubs put this place over the top! The owner, Lynnet, was super responsive and sweet. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to feel like they are at a home-away-from home while also on a vacation. Arch Cape and the ManDog Manor were so lovely! The location cannot be beat. The unit is as shown in the pictures - cozy, clean and well equipped for a long weekend. Our dogs enjoyed the proximity to the beach (less than 3 minute walk!) Kimberly and Richard provided doggy essentials for those who bring your pups - treats, a toy, extra bags plus dog towels and sheets. Relaxing in the hot tub with a view of the water was a great way to start or end the day.

We loved our stay at Pelican Haus! Great location, close to town and just a few min walk to the beach. The house was super clean and comfortable. From a lovely welcome gift to lots of little touches like towels for the hot tub and throw blankets for the couch that so many rentals don’t have, they really do think of everything. We also loved that we were able to bring our dog who also felt right at home with a dog bed and bowls to use and treats. They even provided dog towels to wipe him down after a soggy play session on the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with every kind of utensil and gadget you could want for making real meals at home. We got a lot of rain during our time there so were very appreciative of the stellar movie and game collection. Would absolutely stay again!

We spent two nights in this wonderful home in Seaside and absolutely loved it! The house is clean, cozy, and filled with love and care for its guests. It’s perfect for families with children — everything you might need is thoughtfully provided, from a crib for little ones to a fantastic game room in the garage. The hot tub was clean and well-maintained, always at the perfect temperature. We also used the grill, and everything worked perfectly. We truly felt at home here. I highly recommend this place, and if we ever come back to Seaside, we would definitely stay here again!

We had the best time here! We felt very at home. Everything was as advertised, it was so comfortable and homey and the communication with manzanita beach rentals was phenomenal. For myself, 2 kids and a dog it was absolutely perfect. The hot tub was awesome. The straight shot walk to the beach was quick and easy and the wagon with chairs and sand toys was super convenient. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed in addition to the books and games available. The town is quaint and felt very safe. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a great time during a long weekend in Oceanside. Great view and outdoor amenities and the indoor space was warm and cozy. Even with four adults and two children and a dog we all felt like there was ample room to enjoy ourselves. The kitchen is tight but well equipped and we were able to use the kitchen and grill to prep meals easily. The nice thing about Oceanside is also one of the challenges… there’s no cell reception. When we arrived we had momentary difficulty entering but was able to contact host and once they reset the locks was easy to get inside. Also thankful they provided the WiFi info before check in to account for this situation because I was able to use WiFi to contact them. All directions were thorough, hosts were responsive and would definitely stay here again!

Sarah’s place was squeaky clean, well-maintained, and a perfect spot for a weekend away at the coast with friends. Her house was exactly as described with and the photos matched perfectly. Less than a 5 minute drive into Oceanside where you can access the beach and stop at one of the cute cafes for breakfast or an afternoon coffee. 10/10 would 100% stay here again.

It was my mom‘s 80th birthday and it was the best house in Rockaway Beach! Everything was fabulous and clean and wonderful👌🫡 we will definitely be staying there again!

We had a great stay at the Sea Gypsy! The house is very comfortable and we would stay there again. The location is very close to the beach and Cape Kiwanda, we enjoyed exploring Bob Straub State Park, which was less than 5 minutes driving and definitely walkable from the house. The master bedroom was spacious with it's own bathroom and had such wonderfully soft sheets! The kitchen was well-equipped with good-quality pots and pans. Families with kids might want to bring their own plastic plates/ bowls/ cups for kids. Otherwise it was family-friendly and the kids enjoying the games available. Thank you for hosting us!

We had a great stay at Kathleen & Dan’s! The house was very clean & had good space for us. They have a good selection of movies & games. We were in a good, private location to be able to access different things in Rockaway & to get on the road for other coastal towns. There’s a yummy coffee drive thru right nearby too. 😊

We loved our stay at this beautiful home on the Nestucca! We loved sitting out on the deck and watching the birds - bald eagles, cormorants, turkey vultures & gulls, and a couple of cute seals swimming right near the dock. The house was very comfortable and had everything we need. We enjoyed dinner at the Riverhouse one night which is a very short walk. We'll definitely be back!

We’ve stayed at many AirBnB’s along the Oregon coast and this was by far one of our favorite stays. The guys loved having access to the kayaks and having the option to fish on the private lake or 5 minutes away on the beach. The little girls loved all the toys that were available on the loft and enjoyed the slide attached to the bunk beds. The beach was a 5 minute walk across the street. The Barview jetty was a 5 minute drive and perfect for the kids to play in the tide pools. The space was absolutely perfect for what we needed. I would highly recommend this space and do see ourselves coming back.

We spend Thanksgiving at this wonderful home. Lots of space and fun things to do for everyone. Just down the road is the beach, fun little store, and great food. The host was amazing and responsive. The holiday was amazing thanks to great weather and the perfect place to stay.

Great home close to the beach and lots of parking.

What a great stay. The only things i was bummed about is not being able to smoke on the property. I completely understand not smoking in houses but not being able to smoke even a vape on the property is a little extreme. But besides that great location clean and very nice host.

This place was absolutely beautiful inside and out!! Everything we hoped for while we had a relaxing and peaceful weekend at the coast. Can’t wait to go back again soon!

Wonderful location (we walked to the beach often!) and great family condo! The indoor pool captured my kids and made the winter vacation feel like summertime! The extra touches made us feel pampered and the layout brought us together for wonderful conversation. Everything you would want in a family trip to the beach! Thank you!!

Great location! Easy access to the hustle and bustle of downtown but allows you to come back to quiet. Nice community grounds and beautiful views. Bed was a little stiff was our only dislike! Thank you! We will definitely be back.

Great place and great view it was very homely

Our stay was incredible. The location was perfect, an easy walk to the ocean. The beds were comfy and the place was immaculate. We never had any problems with communication and we will recommend this place to any of our friends.

The pictures do not do this place enough justice! This may be the nicest Airbnb we’ve stayed in. The views especially at sunrise and sunset are breathtaking. We were informed a couple of weeks before our stay the hot tub was not working, but they did refund our hot tub fee and let us use the community facilities (although we never made it over there). This place has everything you will need, and an especially well stocked kitchen.

Great old school coastal retreat. A little expensive for an Airbnb in my opinion but that seems to be the trend at the Oregon coast these days (with the all fees etc we paid ~1000 for a two night weekend stay). We tend to pay only a little more than this for an entire week at the beach in Waikiki or island stays on the east coast for comparison but at least we didn’t have to buy plane tickets ;)
