Our stay at Mariana’s place was incredible. We were a group of 8 (2 families) and it was very comfortable. Our kids enjoyed the pool and spent most of the time in it when we were at the house. We saw a sloth upon arrival very close to the back of the house. Lots of monkeys and Macaws as well. Mariana went well above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience. The only caution is the slippery tile nearby the pool (we made sure our kids walked in the pool area). I would 100% stay at Mariana’s again.

Jillian's home is a gorgeous gem in the rainforest, with a view of the ocean. You will not be disappointed! We felt like we were enjoying a slice of heaven. Fascinating bird songs woke us up in the morning and visited the trees and flowers all day long. The view will delight you while swinging in the hammock, walking in the garden full of aromatic and beautiful flowers, or relaxing on the upper deck. Jillian provided clear directions and instructions for everything. Dominical is such a great little town close to the beach - there was something for everyone in our family. Fresh and delicious local food, smoothies, poolside dining, wood-fired pizza and fresh pasta, Thai, baked goods and a fun brewery nestled in the trees like the Swiss Family Robinson house! We visited several beautiful beaches nearby and found the location perfect for exploring both Marino Ballena and Manuel Antonio National Parks. The Eco Chontales waterfall Jillian recommended is a gorgeous and thrilling destination!

Pretty beach house surrounded by a beautiful garden with tall trees, where toucans and iguanas frolic. Very comfortable bed, bedside table with lamps, plenty of storage space. Good water pressure in the shower, fully equipped kitchen, Internet works perfectly. You have enough seating indoors and outdoors, the hammocks invite you to chill out with a view of the green of the trees. 2 min to the beach, 5 min to restaurants, bus stop is easily reached on foot. Nicole is very friendly and responds quickly. When a lock jammed, someone was there right away. Very nice reception with fruit and snacks. Keep in mind that it is an airy beach hut that is also home to geckos, crabs & cockroaches. The abundant greenery also attracts mosquitoes. A mosquito net for the bed is missing (still). In the bathroom, the wooden wall had brown spots from the humidity, which were also on all towels. Next time, we'd like darker colors. Despite these points, a great cottage

What a gem of a location! Thank you, Erica, for sharing your beautiful home so others can experience the magic of the jungle in a stunning, clean, comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped house with the most perfect pool, with refreshingly cool, clean water that doesn't smell of chlorine! We stayed for a long weekend, 3 nights, and enjoyed every minute of it! Like in most remote parts of Costa Rica, a 4x4 is needed to drive up the dirt road to the property, but it wasn't nearly as bad as others we tackled during our 2-week stay. We stayed in 6 different places, and this was by far the nicest and where we felt most comfortable. Being on a mountain, the coastal climate is much more moderate and bearable. The lush jungle, the variety of species, and the sounds of nature you can enjoy from a hammock or the pool are absolutely mind-blowing! Thank you!

This was one of the best places I have ever stayed away from home, and I travel a lot. The backyard of this house is the national park. This place was everything and more. We saw monkeys every day, multiple times a day. The monkeys passed right through the back yard and sat there to play and hang out in perfect view for 2-3 hours. Chipuken monkeys, squirrel monkeys, howler momeys, scarlet macaws, tucans, etc. We saw it ALL! The dip pool is awesome and you even have an ocean view! Definitely worth the booking. Sam and Raquel were absolutely amazing host and will take care of all your needs while you are there and will tell you all about the things to do and see. Highly recommend!!

Stan and kaleigh's home in Savegre was perfect for me and my family of 4. The home itself is absolutely beautiful! The pool and property is private with such amazing views, surrounded by nature, and perfect home base after spending our days at the nearby beaches, nayuaca falls, and manuel antonio! It was so nice to come back to the relaxing pool, the hammocks, and peace and quiet. Stan and kaleigh's recommendations were great for activities and restaurants. The location is a bit out of the way, but very convenient to drive and we loved the feel of being part of the local community. A 4x4 is a must to get up the road and the driveway can be tricky but is all worth it. Highly recommend a meal at the matapalo supper club. The home is well appointed and stan and kaleigh are great hosts and have provided everything we could think of. The beds are comfortable. Our only wish is to have stayed longer and to have spent more time in the house!

This house was a great location. Once we arrived, we had Squirrel monkeys all over the place to welcome us. We saw a ton of wildlife like Monkeys, Tucan's and Macaws. The pool was great to relax in and the outdoor shower really adds to the vibe. There is a market a short drive away to get your groceries as well. We would stay here again if we ever go back to Manuel Antonio!

Great location, the beach is at front and with great access walking. The pool has a good size and the house is very well equipped.

Stop scrolling through listings and just book this place! Our week here was absolutely perfect. We wanted a place with a pool that was right on the beach...this was it! The garden outside the is absolutely fantastic. We saw sloths in trees right outside the villa. The living room and master bedroom both have beautiful folding wall-to-wall glass windows that can be completely opened during the cooler hours of early morning and late evening. The A/C in every room worked great and kept us cool. We loved cooking meals on the top-of-the-line appliances, both indoor on the stove and on the grill on the patio. The Sonos system with three separate zones is a really nice touch too. The included washer and dryer allowed us to only bring backpacks to Costa Rica for a week and a half. The concierge helped us with all of our questions and booking last minute excursions, and the owners were super fast to respond to a minor maintenance issue which ended up not even being a problem at all.

jordy is the man! Such a prime location with just a few minutes walk to the beach and great food all in a short distance. He was very helpful and responsive when we had questions. Will definitely be staying again!

This Air B N B is on another level. The pool and outdoor area were incredible. Most amazing view of the sea. The kitchen area was incredible. Bedrooms and beds were incredible. We had Chef Sofia for our stay and her cooking was up there with the best Michelin star restaurants in the UK. Vanessa was so helpful and made our stay so easy. Very relaxing stay and will Definitely come back.

this place is paradise. the beach is a few steps away. we had a large troop on monkeys go over the trees by the beach. very private. good location between Uvita and Quepos so easy drive to either place

The Property keepers Jefferson and his mom were wonderful and kind! super sweet and always helpful. amazing fish tacos, recommend having them cook for you one night. soo good!! gorgeous property and so very enjoyable. felt it was prime location for things addy los suenos adventure park, Jaco, Manuel Antonio, Quepos. Right in the middle with a relaxing place to go back to.

Linda, was responsive, good communication before and during stay. The welcome was more than we expected from a super-host, fresh fruit, provisions, beer and wine. We were certainly welcomed. The house was stunning, one of the best Airbnb we have stayed in and we have stayed in some stunning houses. Yes, there was some road noise, but to be expected as it’s the main coastal highway - that gave easy access to local sites and places to see. We were a family groip of seven and took the four rooms, that worked well for our stay. A very well equipped house and the infinity pool was the place to chill 😎 in the afternoon. A mid stay clean and laundry re-fresh was welcomed and appreciated.

This was a spacious Airbnb that is not as modern as others but perfectly fine. A comfortable sofa and excellent air-conditioning. We use the kitchen and the fridge and all was perfectly acceptable. There was an outside terrace that was relatively private as it was high up and let me sit in the Sun-this was great. There were lots of good towels and we were close to lots of other amenities.

This place is incredible! You won't regret staying here. We stayed here as a family of 4 with 2 teenage kids and each had their own bedroom. The patio is amazing. We loved hearing the howler monkeys and we had a visit from a few squirrel monkeys. There is an iguana family that lives here (or nearby) and one of them hung out on the patio with us the majority of the time. We saw toucans and scarlet macaws as well as other birds and animals. The view of the ocean is beautiful. Emilio's restaurant is walkable as well as a small grocery store about a block (if that) away. We had a rental car and drove down and parked right on the beach. The AC works very well and quickly. Showers were awesome and plenty of hot water. We used the grill and ate in one night which was nice. Access to the 3rd bedroom is by using the staircase outside and is separate from main house which was not a problem for our college-aged daughter. Just book it!

Very clean and cozy spot. Small, but perfect for a couple. Location provides spectacular views. In all reality, the perch this place is on makes the place feel 10x the actual size. Perfect distance to access Dominical and Beaches. Hosts are very thorough, and very communicative. Could not have asked for more.

Our stay at Lapa Villas was amazing! We were 18 people and it fit us perfectly. Carli was SO helpful, communicative, and recommended so many local attractions. She also helped us booked a Chef (who we loved) and a boat tour, and got us a bit of a deal for our large group size. She even baked us brownies 🥹 It’s an incredible pair of villas and we loved the covered outdoor kitchen right by the pool, we hung out there constantly. The hike down to the private beach is great for viewing wildlife right at the house. The hot tub and pool were amazing, especially with our visit being during the rainy season! We were a bit disappointed by the sauna as it didn’t work at all during our stay, but hopefully it will be up and running soon. And Carli and Yader were both super responsive and helpful with trying to get it going which we greatly appreciated. All in all this was a great place to stay! 5/5 stars

I would like to start by saying that this will be a really special review. We were in Manuel Antonio for two weeks to finish arranging and celebrating our wedding in April 2025. We were on a tight budget with over 100 guests coming to Costa Rica to celebrate our beach wedding with us. So for this two week period, Casa Lily was our home, our staging area and our quiet space to simultaneously get everything organized and be our shelter from "the storm". Honestly, we couldn't have been happier with our choice. We LOVED Casa Lily. Of course the home was clean, tidy and exactly as depicted in the photos. What none of the descriptions or welcome information prepared us for was "Lorena" the caretaker. Lorena is 110% amazing and completely changed the experience of our stay, adventures and wedding celebration. Lorena helped us find wedding cakes, a florist, jungle tours for our family and was at our every beck and call. Lorena is an absolute gem and makes Casa Lily the best value in the area.

I can't say enough good things about Marta, her home and the area. We have been to Dominical many times and are in love with this area. We have stayed in this neighborhood three times and Marta's place was perfect! The location and the view of Dominicalito beach are spectacular. The home is perfect for a family of four. It was spotlessly clean and everything worked perfectly. The location is quiet and private. She had added amenities including beach towels, beach chairs, a parking area with a roof and an outdoor shower. The pool was clean, refreshing and felt great after a day at the beach. The bedrooms are great with large bathrooms. The washer/dryer is a huge plus and allows us to bring less clothing. We love to walk to Kunjani cafe then the beach every day. It is quite a hill to walk up and down, but with good shoes it is a great workout! Love, love, love everything about this place!

Vanessa´s place is in a very convenient location, walking distance to the bus stop, a corner store a few feet away and also to a very good restaurant. The neighborhood is quite and the house is so welcoming. I highly recoment this place.

We were all so excited when we arrived. The house and the view were exactly what the photos showed. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, looking at the amazing view around us. The restaurants near us were all great. Karen the owner and Olmer the concierge were great at responding to our questions. We would definitely love to go back!!
