Walk to the beach! Villa Tierra is located right on the border of the beach protected zone, making it one of the closest places you can stay to the beach! Right now we have some construction nearby, so we are offering HUGE discounts. Once in a lifetime chance to get right on the beach without the 500/night price tag! We had an incredible stay at Villa Amanecer! The home was beautiful with stunning views, spacious interiors, and fantastic wildlife sightings—monkeys, green macaws, and lizards. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and attractions. While the beds were a bit firmer than we’re used to, the air conditioners kept the space cool and comfortable. The quality for the price was exceptional. What truly stood out was the property manager, Luis. He was attentive, friendly, and resposive when we needed assistance. After we checked out, we realized someone in our group had forgotten their passport at the property—just hours before our flight. Luis quickly arranged a courier to deliver it to the airport. Though we had to stay an extra day in Costa Rica, his kindness and dedication made all the difference. He even checked in to ensure we got home safely. We’re so grateful for the outstanding service and highly recommend this Airbnb. We would definitely stay here again! Pura Vida! 🌴🦜❤️

Peter and Rosa’s home is a little slice of paradise. I wanted a jungle house, and this one delivered. We saw many beautiful birds and iguanas, and our children adored the pool. The small neighborhood was safe and secure, and the torn of Dominical was colorful and friendly. Amazing experience.

The place was clean and had an awesome view! The air conditioners worked well and the bedding and towels were plentiful! There were plenty of restaurants close and a grocery store right next door. The bonus was the amount of wildlife you could hear and see from the front windows! Heard howler monkeys early one morning!

The view was amazing! Thomas + Lili were awesome with keeping me up to date with recommendations. Fernanda, cohost was there to meet me at the villa with instructions and help with anything I needed. The space was clean and had everything I needed. I felt safe as a solo traveler. I did not have a car, the hill to get to the villa was STEEP, like other reviews said BUT I was able to walk up and down. Best to take a taxi up to villa! The hike up is doable but not likable at all! But I was warned and I was totally fine. I walked to the very close Quepos, where there are several restaurants and shops. The host was very helpful with arranging me a taxi from the Quepos airport and even booked a guided tour to the Manuel Antonio National Park. Although there is only an AC in the bedrooms, the air flow in the main areas like living room was just fine with 3 large ceiling fans. I never felt uncomfortable. Ever. The view was amazing, I never got enough of it! I would definitely stay here again!

The view from this Airbnb is absolutely breathtaking. We spent hours with our binoculars, watching toucans and macaws glide over the treetops with the ocean as a stunning backdrop. The price for that view is unbeatable. During our stay, construction started nearby, and it seems likely to continue through the year. The crew worked most of the day, so if you’re sensitive to noise, I’d recommend bringing headphones or another way to block out the sound. It would be wonderful if the city of Quepos considered limiting construction hours to balance development with the area’s natural beauty.

Vivi and Jorge were wonderful at making sure that we had everything we needed. Midweek, they came through to exchange towels and take out the trash. The location at the beach was so beautiful. We were able to swim in the ocean every day when the tide was low we were able to walk into town, there were trinkets to buy and great restaurants in Dominical. There were beautiful birds around the place, and it was very easy for us to go both north and south along the coast with a rented car. I can’t wait to come back!

This house is beautiful. It had a fully stocked kitchen, lots of indoor and outdoor space, and feels very private. The pool was great and the outdoor shower and bathroom made cleaning off sand and keeping the house and pool clean easy. The beach felt like a private beach with almost no other people as far as the eye can see. The surf is strong, but the kids had a great time boogie boarding, but do take caution not to go out too far. There are lots of friendly dogs in the neighborhood that roam, but they didn’t bother us. It is about 20 mins from town, so expect to have to drive a bit for amenities. That was fine for us because we were looking for peace and quiet and got it! Comfortable and beautiful house. I recommend.

We were extremely happy with our stay at Katharine’s place. The bungalow was clean, with the amenities we needed. There were 3 separate A/ C units and we were able to keep cool while at “home.” Our host also helped us book an airport shuttle. Katharine was quick to respond and willing to help us as needed. Would highly recommend this place!!

We absolutely loved staying at Johnny's place! After the first quiet, comfortable night as we lingered over coffee on the patio watching the hummingbirds, we decided to change our plans and stay a little longer. The house is beautiful and has everything you could need provided. We especially loved all the outdoor space and spending evenings watching birds with drinks on the rooftop (we saw Yellow Throated Toucans and Montezuma Oropendola right from the deck!). The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. 15/10 we'll be back!

For a group of 3 couples looking for both relaxation and adventure, this was the perfect spot! The house is amazing and even more beautiful than the pictures, with iguanas and tropical birds to see as we enjoyed the views of sunrise and sunset from the pool. The kitchen was clean and well-stocked, bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and very comfortable. The location is a perfect hub to explore some beaches and restaurants to the south in Uvita, and not a far drive to Manuel Antonio, with a good selection of places close by in Dominical. Hosts were so responsive and available with lots of great recommendations and helped with anything we needed. They were flexible with our check-in and personal helped us find it on a rainy night. We can’t recommend Casa Linda highly enough!
