Our stay was great. The house and property were exactly as described. Everything was clean, organized, and well taken care of. A lot of snow had fallen right before our arrival and the host made sure the driveway was freshly plowed and the sidewalk shoveled and salted. You could tell the hosts cared for our safety and they didn't allow the weather to ruin our stay. This meant a lot as my parents are older and not as sure footed. We didn't get to enjoy any of the outside amenities b/c of the weather but you could tell the property was clean and cared for. I would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was exactly as described—comfortable and in a fantastic location within walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. It was very family and dog-friendly, with a spacious fenced-in yard that made it easy to relax. We booked a last-minute trip to celebrate my grandson’s 17th birthday, and Amanda was incredibly accommodating and responsive throughout. Highly recommend this spot—we’d definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Lisa’s lake house! It was well appointed with everything you’d need for a weekend away and she included many small touches like a bottle of champagne on check-in and a little bag with 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pouch of laundry detergent, and a clean sponge. We even made use of the first aid kit in the bathroom when my youngest scraped his knee! Thank you!

Phyllis and Derek were excellent hosts— they were very responsive and gave great recommendations of where to eat and what to do in town. The place was just as peaceful and relaxing as described. Highly recommend and we hope to be back this summer!

That view and being right on the lake is outstanding. Friendly Airbnb hostess with tons of advice of what to do in the area. Amish are close by so check out their markets, and just enjoy that outstanding view and lake access on a private beach. I loved everything about my stay here. Thank you so much! Had an amazing experience staying at Michelle’s place! Every room was very clean, nicely decorated, and felt like home away from home. The backyard was definitely a favorite of mine!

This upstairs apartment was great! Kitchen was huge, bathrooms were good sized and well-stocked. Bedrooms were spacious (especially the master) and the beds were comfortable. This unit was very comfortable for our family to stay in. Laundry facilities were great, too! Would love to come back in the summer and experience a stay in this Airbnb again!

Perfect spot for a weekend away. Will definitely return once the weather gets a little warmer and we can enjoy the lake.

I can’t say enough about this beautiful apartment. Addie provides everything you might have forgotten at home to make your stay enjoyable. She responds quickly to any emails The suite is located on a gorgeous peace of property with a few different options for guests to enjoy the view. Inside is a high quality large couch, great mattress, large shower and full kitchen. Addie has created a true retreat. Everything about our stay was top notch.

DJs place was wonderful for a ski vacation get away. It is a warm and inviting spot that is quiet. Great for kids and friends to gather and enjoy time together. Would definitely book again!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy and inviting cabin! The space felt very warm and welcoming, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Keri was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even smoother. The cabin had more beds than we expected—a great surprise for our group! There were two rooms with two queen beds each, plus three bunk beds and a king bed upstairs, offering plenty of sleeping space for everyone. Highly recommend this place for families or larger groups looking for comfort and a peaceful setting.

What a neat little area this is, and this cabin is a gem. We'll be back. There's a small waterfall running around the cabin, the sound of water is peaceful and it is a quiet road

Wonderful private space, no tv makes it a great space to reflect and get away. Wooded area with plenty of state forests near by makes it a great place if you’re looking to explore. Love how updated the cabin is and just how clean it felt. Will definitely return!

The A Frame was perfect for a weekend getaway with my husband, daughter and 2 dogs. It was super clean despite being dog friendly with thoughtful touches like a dog pad and wiping towel for muddy paws. Plenty of dishes and we used the electric burners and toaster oven. Area behind the cabin is posted land so you can't explore too far beyond but we took a day trip to Letchworth and got our walks in. It did rain the majority of the time we were there so it was muddy outside but that is to be expected in April. It was nice enough out that we were able to have a fire one evening. I would maybe plan to bring extra chairs as there are only 2 on the deck if you have more than 2 guests. Overall a wonderful stay, we even had a mini easter egg hunt in the cabin as there were many nooks and crannies! We had a lovely stay.

Wonderful cabin only a few minutes from Ellicotville. Very peaceful and a great place to relax. Lots of good restaurants in town, including our favorite the Ellicotville Brewing company! Good brews and good eats. Lots of outdoors activities near by including skiing, hiking, a fantastic state park, walks, etc.. The backyard had an amazing fire pit! Owner was welcoming and flexible! Perfect little cabin in the woods!

They were very cozy nights, I loved the place and I was very well received by Sandra! The cabin is very beautiful and cozy, I hope to come back more often

We had a great week with the snow we so much wanted for our New Years Holiday! Cabin was great and close to town! Rita always quickly responded when needed and was fast to provide anything we needed!
