Un endroit charmant, chaleureux et paisible. Parfait pour un moment en compagnie de ceux qu’on aime. Nous avons profité des couleurs de l’automne en famille et n’aurions pu trouver un meilleur endroit où séjourner dans la région. L’hôte est attentionné et très réactif. Nous avons eu une légère coupure d’électricité qui a duré moins de 30 minutes et en quelques minutes quelqu’un est venu nous donner un gallon d’eau potable et nous assister en cas de besoin. Du jamais vu !! Je recommande fortement !!! 5/5 👌

Agréable environnement, magnifique paysage et chalet très propre. Nous avons manqué de rien. Beau temps, mauvais temps avec la magnifique et grande galerie vous serez confortable et pourrez admirer le paysage.

Cette endroit est pour les amateurs de pêche, camping ou chalet le lac est vert comme dans le sud très beau lac et très grand à visiter en bateau

Our group of 8 friends spent an amazing long weekend at Friendly Fires and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The place is quirky and cute in all the right ways… We experienced all 4 seasons in 3 days (19° and sunshine followed by freezing rain and snow), but the property has so many different areas to hang out and activities for entertainment and relaxing that we were never on top of each other or bored. We’re already planning our next visit, can’t wait to go back!

We recently stayed at Benoit's charming cottage on Lac Macgregor and had a wonderful experience. The property was beautifully situated, with stunning views of the lake. The cottage itself was cozy and well-maintained. We enjoyed kayaking and canoeing on the lake, exploring the nearby islands, and relaxing on the spacious deck by the water and on the large deck at the back of the cottage where he had several meals (not wanting to miss an ounce of summer). Benoit was wonderful - he's very helpful and friendly, ensuring we had everything needed for a fantastic getaway.

Despite the rain and the fog at the end of December which did not allow for usual outdoor lwinter activities like skiing, snowshoeing or even skating, we had an excellent time at the cottage. Our family of five adults enjoyed playing lots of board games, we had plenty of firewood for the indoor fireplace and there was plenty of comfortable seats to enjoy a movie. We took some walks on the very quiet and peaceful roads around the cottage. Wifi and cell reception were good The kitchen was well stocked and clean. We appreciated the large windows overlooking the lake. And the cozy sunroom off the kitchen was a wonderful little spot to watch the numerous birds coming to the birdfeeder. Overall, we had a great few days relaxing in a very nice cottage.

We had the most awesome winter stay at Krista’s cottage. The cottage truly had everything we needed and more! Very clean and warm space. We had such a blast we decided to extend our stay! My 3 year old had so much fun playing in the play room keeping busy with all the toy bins! Felt like home away from home, it was perfect! Best Airbnb stay by far! Can’t wait to go back to enjoy the summer days there!

Beautiful place! pictures are accurate. We were 14 ladies celebrating a birthday and there was plenty of space for all of us. there are alot of stairs so wouldn't be good for anyone with mobility issues. Very well equipped and we all loved our stay! Thank you for sharing your beautiful chalet!

had an amazing experience at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met during my stay. The space was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described, with modern amenities that added a great touch of comfort. One of the highlights of my stay was the unique sport center built by the owner. All kids absolutely loved the indoor swimming pool and game room, which made their visit extra special. Every detail of this property contributed to making it a memorable home away from home. I highly recommend this place and look forward to staying here again on my next trip!

Énorme "domaine"! Il s'agit de trois résidences communiquantes, ce qui a donné d'excellentes parties de cachette pour les 7 enfants présents (et adultes jeunes de coeur). Le babyfoot et autre jeux "analogues" ainsi que les jeux d'arcade sur la télé ont été très courus, surtout le jour de pluie. Le bain tourbillon a une belle vue sur le lac, le terrain de golf avoisinant bon pour les promenades. L'hôte Jean-Pierre est hyper sympathique et accommodant, humain et flexible. Des lits confortables, plein de serviettes, cuisines suffisament bien équipées. Je recommande sans hésitation!

Quel environnement merveilleux, un hôte attentionné, présent, serviable, accommodant. André nous accommode, nous fait découvrir. Il s’occupe du site, de la salle de sport. Toutes les commodités sont disponibles dans le chalet, rien n’est oublié pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Sonia a également pris soin de s’informer de nous et de donner de l’information supplémentaire sur les questions posées. Merci tellement de nous avoir permis de fêter nos 55 ans de mariage avec enfants, petits-enfants et arrière petits. Ce sont des moments qui resteront longtemps gravés dans nos mémoires. Le seul souhait que nous pouvons faire est d’y retourner un jour. Merci encore.

What a magnificent chalet! It had everything we needed, was well appointed with quality items, furniture, beds and appliances. The owners have put a lot of effort into a "luxury" feel and there was nothing about the experience that was cheap. Every room was very clean when we arrived, and in fact the driveway and beach had been raked. A great attention to detail! The pictures in the listing make it look amazing but in fact it looks even better in person. We were 8 adults staying in the chalet and it's spacious enough for couples to have their own space but come together in a spacious environment as well. Use of the jacuzzi, paddleboards, large dock with solid chairs, living room with fireplace, full kitchen and dining area as well as several areas to just relax. We loved it and were awed by the constant calm view of the lake. I expect we will return next year as a group.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful chalet! Bbq, fireplace, hottub and lots of other amenities in a scenic resort area on the lake. Exceptionally clean and comfortable.

We were looking for a quiet getaway, and this place delivered! From the amenities like a hot tub and firepit well stocked with firewood for the whole weekend, to the serene views across the lake and nearby hiking trails - this place was everything we wanted. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful escape!

We loved staying at Ced’s place, it was very secluded, peaceful and had every amenity we could ask for! He was really responsive throughout our stay and even let us checkout a little late which was really considerate. Highly recommended!

Magnifique propriété, calme et privée. La vue sur le pont couvert de Wakefield est tout simplement splendide ! Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la grande quantité de fenêtres et la luminosité de la salle de séjour. Le spacieux balcon et le bruit apaisant de l’eau qui coule ont également ajouté à la sérénité du lieu. En tant qu’amateur de vintage, d’antiquités et de récupération, j’ai été ravi par le mobilier : tout est magnifique ! Nous avons également profité du spa à plusieurs reprises. Ce séjour était exactement ce dont nous avions besoin pour des vacances reposantes, et nous avons atteint notre objectif! Quelques ajustements mineurs pourraient être envisagés pour améliorer encore l'expérience, mais c'est un travail de perfectionnement pour l'avenir.

Super chalet rustique, super bien équipé, bord de lac avec feu de camp, spa, plage privée. On a adoré la cafetière expresso, le lac super tranquille, les couchers de soleil, et le feu de camp le tout au bord du lac.

An absolutely beautiful place! Personally, I found it even more stunning in real life than in the pictures. Words can hardly describe the quality of this prestigious log cabin. Stefan was an excellent host—communication was smooth and fast, and he always replied promptly. The instructions and guest manual were clear and helpful, making us feel right at home. We would definitely love to come back in the summer with our friends!
