Easter 2025 We had a very nice week. Accommodation seamless, detailed instructions provided as you go. 6 adults and 4 children. The house is very close to the beach. During our stay (April), there was 1 restaurant nearby and 1 restaurant on the beach -very good food. No complaints, drove around a bit. Nearby 2 ports with lots of restaurants, coffee shops. The house is nice, the common areas are very spacious, well appointed rooms. Very good kitchen equipment (washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, coffee maker, oven, etc.), pool and padel were basically only at our disposal. Great view of the beach from the deck and balcony. Parking spaces on the property - we had 2 cars. Contact with Jacques was very good, leaves guests free, responsive to comments/suggestions. The water pressure in the shower needs to be improved - the bath in order. I recommend a villa for large families (2+2, 2+2, 2).

Without doubt a wonderful apartment & host,from beginning to end. Marisa attention to detail is impeccable, communications, security , furnishings , linens ,and utensils all of the highest standard, creating a luxurious stay . We stayed here for almost a week and had such a lovely experience. The place was spotlessly clean, peaceful, and perfectly located — everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay during a busy week. A special thank you to Rafa, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. His warmth and hospitality truly made a difference — nothing was ever too much trouble. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again!

The apartment was clean & spacious & had everything we needed. There was a balcony overlooking the port & a conservatory too. Monica was very easy to communicate with. Although it was a little difficult to find the entrance, Monica met us and showed us the way. Car parking is available & secure but not suitable for large cars. We had a Hyundai Kona but a smaller car would have been easier to park.

The villa was stunning, me and my 9 friends stayed for my 30th. We opted for the warm pool and was worth it. 20 mins to Puerto Banus and 10 minutes to breathe breakfast. Kitchen amenities were class and all the bedrooms were a good size. Nacho was very responsive and answered any questions I had quick. He also accommodated our late check out which was a relief. Hairdryers and iron board was good. Bed was comfy in my opinion. Showers were always hot, I liked the long table outside for drinks. Air con was good with the remote control addition. Supermarkets were 10 minutes walk away. Some tea and coffee was provided. Room was edited based on our preferences of single or double beds. Nah I sorted out a shuttle bus to and from the airport which was cheap and classy. It’s a lot bigger than the pictures suggest. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The place was extremely clean and comfortable, and prime location! Really the best and so walkable the best area and also a big size apartment with a beautiful view

Carolien’s home is beautiful! The location isn’t far from town, but still feels calm and private, away from the hustle and bustle! Carolien was very responsive and communicated well. Look forward to coming back!

Very good apartment and well equipped, I just suggest checking the lighting. It's cold lighting and in the bedroom the appliance gives off a light that's too powerful. Otherwise, everything was excellent and Nela was very friendly and connected at all times. He allowed us a late check-out at no cost, which was great!! Thanks again

From the first moment, Maribel was attentive to our arrival. We came for a family trip and the apartment is very comfortable, it has everything and the best thing is the location, a 3-minute walk from the beach 100% recommended

It was a beautiful base to see the surrounding area. Very spacious with a large enclosed balcony, which could be opened which served as an additional lounge and breakfast room. From there we had great ocean views. The place was spotlessly clean, in pretty garden grounds with a nice looking swimming pool, but being winter time we did not use it. There is access from there through a gate to the ocean and walks. The spacious underground car park with a direct lift to the apartment was very convenient.. The host, Oliver was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions about the property or restaurant tips etc . Definitely recommend as a base for the many attractive and interesting visits in the area.

The apartment is in a great location and was accurately described. Rocio contacted me a few days before and after landing in Malaga which was reassuring. On arrival Rocio and her husband gave us a warm welcome and gave us a tour around the apartment and also explained the roof terrace for washing drying and how to access the pool. Views from the apartment are amazing and there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants in the immediate area. There are large supermarkets within a few minutes walk although the Carrefour is the best and cheapest. Some good Spanish tapas bars are on the backstreets which we found relaxing but more international cuisine is available in the main town which is a 20 minute stroll along the paseo. Estepona is the most beautiful place we’ve visited and the sight and smell of the flowers is spectacular. This was our first visit but we will be returning as we didn’t have enough time to explore it all. We usually holiday in Nerja but found Estepona has a better vibe

The apartment was beautiful, well decorated and within beautiful grounds. The pool was great with sun loungers and parasols available for use. Perfect location for the beach, only a couple of minutes walk away. We stayed as a family of 6 and felt there was a great amount of space in the apartment and the washing machine and tumble drier was a great amenity also! Quiet location, it’s a longish walk for young children to the main restaurant areas, but taxis were only 5-6 euros and the gentleman on security was always happy to help and order taxis for us. Next time I would maybe hire a car. The walk is ok for adults, my parents walked to the old town each day and just got a taxi back no problem.

Carmen deserves to be a super-host! The apartment was spectacular. Well equipped, so you don’t have to worry about anything. The views are great, the neighbourhood calm and relaxed and just a few steps to the beach! There’s an elevator and private parking which makes things super comfortable! But the biggest plus is Carmen herself - a super lovely person, with an eye for detail and lots of recommendations who actually cares about you and your well-being! We can’t wait to return to this phenomenal place - thank you so much Carmen :) Carina & Marco

The apartment was in a great location, with amazing views. Walkable to a lot of great restaurants and there is a little supermarket next door which is perfect for supplies. Host was extremely responsive and very helpful.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment over Christmas. It couldn’t have been more central (we hardly used our hire car as there was enough going on in the Marina and surrounding areas which were easily walkable). Most of the restaurants were open and there was a really nice Christmas atmosphere, lots of people around, but not overcrowded. Easy, free parking - didn’t need to use the garage parking. The best bit for us was probably the apartment terrace - in December, we had the sun all day, some lovely sunrises over the marina. Fab. Must mention the very comfortable (double) bed (always a bonus!). The apartment was very clean, everything worked, we had no issues and didn’t need to contact anyone. Would certainly recommend it and if we visit the area again, we would book another stay here.

We were over in Estepona for a wedding ad stayed here and we absolutely loved it, easy to access, superb location on the beach front and close to lots of restaurants and bars. The place was pristine and we would highly recommend!!

A really great apartment, so clean and tidy and very well equipped with everything you need for a week's stay or longer. Also Patrick and Sandra are great hosts and very responsive to any requests and really helpful people. Would very highly recommend

We had a fantastic time in a fantastic apartment. Richard, responded within an hour if needed. Our washing machine broke down within 3 hours a new one was placed. Thank you again for your hospitality and excellent service. I can highly recommend this apartment to anyone. Rob.

Ella’s townhouse was fabulous, light and airy and so tastefully decorated. Right in the heart of Estepona and seconds from the beach, it could not have been better situated. We had read about the noise but we hardly noticed any noise and we loved being so close to everything. The kitchen facilities were excellent and the shower was great. The roof terrace was wonderful for sunbathing and relaxing and we would stay at the house again in an instant! Ella was a great communicator. The spiral staircase was very steep and would be a challenge to some but us 2 nearly 70 year olds managed to carry our glasses of wine up to the terrace! Thank you Ella for everything x

Very cute place and Frederica was a great communicator with the check-in process. Everything was clean and it looked just like the pictures. Just be aware there are 2 flights of stairs with no elevator. Cute part of town. I’d highly recommend!

What a great beautiful apartment in a prime location, right on the boulevard and minutes walking distance from the historic center of Estepona with many nice terraces and restaurants. We were very hospitably welcomed by Wally and Ron near the apartment. Good tips for parking the car safely. The apartment was exactly as in the pictures. And super clean and cozily furnished. The central location of the apartment in the city is fantastic. We were pleasantly surprised with a nice surprise basket with delicious local products. As experienced travelers, we have never experienced this. We stayed there 11 nights and every day was a party. Too bad we had to say goodbye to this special vacation address this morning. Finally: Wally and Ron, thank you for all the beautiful things that we were able to enjoy, albeit briefly and intensively. We'd love to come back to you!
