This place is very well located. Very near establishments but still peaceful. The place is spacious enough to have activities and play simple sports or games. The internet connection is reliable and fast enough. The TVs are well equipped. The Aircons are cold, heaters warm. I just hoped they had better blankets? 😂 Will definitely recommend and comeback. 👌🏼

It was delightful staying at Michael's. Lovely inspiring interiors, plenty of games that kept the kids entertained, heated pool was a plus and Michael was pleasant to deal with. Will definitely come back and recommend.

This place is as beautiful as what you see in their posted pics! It’s spacious and clean with lots of amenities! Personally, what stands out for me is their huge Entertainment Room that comes with a huge TV, comfy sofa seats, updated Karaoke Platinum songlist, two microphones and a great sound system. The Bonfire setting adjacent to the swimming pool is aesthetically pleasing. It’s a perfect spot to hang out and chill. They also have a Jacuzzi and bar area with Billiards. The host is attentive and responds promptly to inquiries and requests. It’s very easy to communicate with Dial and their caretakers have assisted us to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out. My team and I had so much fun with our stay here. I highly recommend this if you’re looking for a place to bond or unwind with your family, friends or teammates. It’s a great venue for any occassion such as birthday, reunion, teambuilding or even a family weekend vacation. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Really homey, quiet and nice neighborhood. Just a little bit far from the main gate if you’re commuting. Shouldn’t be a problem if you have your own car. Clean and spotless, you have everything you need. Lovely caretakers as well.

Our stay at Elena’s place was beyond what we had in mind! I had booked the same day and Elena was very quick to respond. My questions were answered to the point and there were no misunderstandings whatsoever. When we arrived at the place, Kuya Robin was very accommodating and welcoming to the place. He made it clear that he was just next door if we had any questions or worries, which gave us a peace of mind. Overall, I would recommend this beautiful place to anyone! Small or large gatherings, you will surely find this place one of a kind.

The place is a gem and was as described -- 3 villas with enough space for us -- a family of 15 with 6 kids -- to gather for a meal and to sleep. There was a pool and heated jacuzzi that the kids really enjoyed even if it has been raining nonstop during our stay. All amenities mentioned were also available. We cooked meals during our stay, btw. Their caretakers were also there to assist us. Really such a pretty place -- as it was foggy due to the rainy weather, it felt like we were in a Tuscan village. If only it werent raining, we would have enjoyed lounging by the pool or the patio. The host was also responsive. Thank you for sharing your space.

The place is big and spacious, especially the parking. There's an area that you could shoot some hoops and a fire place that you can cook some smores. The open space with canopy where you can do most of your activities is spacious and have a good design. I like the native design of the seats with its water resistant foam. They also have a 3-piece wooden plank that can act as table and stable enough to sit. The pavilion is the star of the place. It's big, cozy, and just pretty. My only comment though is it gets quite hot in the area when the sun is high. The rooms are spacious and clean. I really like the design of the toilet and bath of largest room. Everything blends well even the lavatory, which seems to disappear together with the finishing of the wall. The pool is nice and clean. Jody was very responsive to our inquiries which helped us prepare for our trip. She recommended a caterer which made our stay more convenient. The place itself is spacious enough for our family. We especially liked the hot spring pool which was very relaxing and was covered allowing us to use it longer than usual. Caretakers were very friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was the presence of flies at night which we think was common in the area. Good thing there was space indoors (family room) which we were able to use. This is one of the best resorts in Lakewood offering a majestic view of the Mount Makiling.

Tirta Spring Villas is a gem few hours away from the metro it was a very short stay but my family really loved the place. It was comfy and homey everything is clean modern and i cant really say more! Our short stay should have been a long stay! definitely will come back!

The place is downright 1:1 with the photos. The living room & kitchen are open and right beside each other but the space felt cosy and spacious for our small group. Kitchen had complete equipment & basic necessities (just bring ingredients for the meals to prep). The pool, outdoor kitchen, & grilling area were tidy and well-maintained, even had a few visiting neighbourhood cats~ Since we visited during weekends, some neighbours were relaxing on their own "fun" way but weren't disruptive in any matter. Bedrooms were comfy and the bathrooms had shower heaters and bidets! The host is quick, responsive. and informative w/ how they sent us pdfs of the what restos and interesting places/activities were nearby, how to get there, their inspiration for Tipolo's House, and very detailed instructions and desc on how to utilise their appliances and where to find specific house items. The caretaker, Ate Jen, is also amicable and always checking on our wellbeing~ Would we visit again? 💯% Yes!

This is our 2nd time to book Michael’s place. We came back because we love the place, the big house is perfect for bonding, the ambiance is really good for the family, feels like I am really home. The pool temperature is just right and the water is clean. Additionally, the host and his careraker were super responsive and helpful. The resort is just 30 mins from Alabang via Turbina exi + using an access road, you will quickly reach the location. Definitely, I will come back again for the next family or friends’ get together.

It's my first time to rent this location and it was as expected Perfect just as the other property that they have. Gerald was always pleasant and response promptly everytime we ask him about certain things we need in the property. Property is clean, kitchen was a good size to cook and entertain, bathrooms are clean, AC for the whole house, Swimming pool for a good walk and exercise or to deep when weather is hot.Thank you Eisen and Cyril for letting us stay on your property.

We had a wonderful stay! The saltwater pool and pool area were definitely the highlights—very relaxing, clean-smelling, and just the right size for everyone, especially our kids. The toys were a great touch and kept the little ones entertained even after swimming. The house itself is well-furnished, with clean beds and fresh linens. There were some mosquitoes due to the surrounding plants, but we came prepared with mosquito lotion, so it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, a great spot for a family getaway!

Great staycation for a family of 10 and two children. Caretaker is always available for any queries and things that you need. Place is clean and pool was just newly filled making it very warm. Pool size is massive as well as the activity area, kitchen and parking. Fresh towels and blankets were provided. We spent an amazing Christmas. This is home away from home! Few minor mishaps, fridge not cooling, drainage in the bathroom not flowing well.

Hassle free transaction. Kids enjoyed the pool so much. Considerate host since they let us extend our stay as a compensation due to power interruption. Thank you!
