This one bedroom/1 bath comes with IT'S OWN PRIVATE PATIO, it's own designated (COMPACT ONLY) parking space and just 2BLOCKS TO THE SAND! One queen bed in the bedroom and one fold out queen in the living room that acts as a desk when folded up. Washer and dryer and dishwasher. 5 person max only if it’s little ones. Not 5 adults please.
