Great little stay at the sleep out. Erika was very responsive to our questions. Kids loved being so close to the playground! Perfect for a little adventure.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay. The place was so comfortable and in a great location with wonderful views. Definitely recommend for a short or long stay.

Unfortunately a cyclone rolled through while I was staying at Vicki‘s place. I got to walk around the first day that I was there and enjoyed the house for an evening, but the power went out so I had to cut my stay short. When I woke up, Vicki had left pancakes and hot water for me to make coffee. She also gave me a refund for my second night. She had gone above and beyond to make my stay as enjoyable as it could be under the circumstances.

Thank you to Peter and Mr Kim for welcoming us so well. This place is at an excellent location to Gulf Harbour. Short walk to the ferry to Auckland. Loads of local restaurants that are 1 km or less away. Close to Shakespear Beach. A short drive to many other local beaches. Loved the accommodation with all the amenities! 5/5!!

We loved our stay with Kathy and Bryon! The place was lovely, so clean and comfortable and they thought of everything! We especially appreciated the stocked pantry and fridge essentials. The area is beautiful. The beach is so close by and the town was a close drive away. We came with plans to go to the beach, hike, adventure etc but cyclone Tam had other plans. So we instead had the coziest, relaxing time while we hunkered down waiting for the rains and wind to pass. It was honestly just what we needed. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Just perfect. The little house has everything you need, most beautiful views, easy to get there and privacy. Hope to be back.

Lorna's bach is a true little gem in a hidden paradise, just a few minutes from the beach, quite spacious, modern apartment with own terrace. it's possible to use the SUP board and paddle over to the beautiful sandspit - a highlight in itself! Lorna is an amazing host, so kind, caring and helpful! Best accommodation i have stayed at in NZ. Highly recommended!

My husband and I enjoyed our two night stay at this beautiful cottage in Whangarei Heads, it was so peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway! Thanks Joan and Adrian for being great hosts, loved the additional touches - welcome beverages and providing dog towels for our pup! :)

A special mother daughter belated birthday getaway…. Thank you, we had a lovely time wandering around Brick Bay followed by a delicious lunch on Friday, then the icing on the cake was Willow Lodge such a gorgeous place, on my gosh the linen and decor “simply stunning” plus you had thought of everything we could possibly need! We loved relaxing in the spa smelling the fresh air with a hint of blossom from the gardens and watching a chic flick before (thanks for leaving the brochure on the table) heading off to Slow Blooms on Saturday; yet another beautiful day picking and arranging wild flowers 💐 to bring home. 🥰 10/10 thank you ☺️ Kindest regards Sandra & Monique (Nov 24)

We stayed at this beautiful getaway and were able to enjoy a few days of relaxing in a beautiful part of Aotearoa . It was extremely private and secluded, a perfect spot for some peace and quiet whilst still being extremely luxurious and close to Auckland.

Just like it says on the website, close to amenities and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Cozy little airbnb. Comfortable bed, flat screen tv, super clean and Lea has really thought about all those special little touches. We felt so comfortable and welcome. Lea was quick to resond to any question and was just so easy to communicate with. Very good value for money and highly recommend this neat little airbnb, its just lovely.

A peaceful hideaway 5 minutes from Ruakaka beach. I stayed 2 nights while visiting family who live in the area. I loved that my canine child could travel too. The unit is modern and homely, with tasteful beach vibes. The beds and linen so luxurious! I appreciated extra touches like fresh flowers, cereal, yoghurt, milk and the coffee machine. I didn’t meet Paul and Lyndsay as they were away, but communication was excellent and I felt welcomed and taken care of. The views from back of the property are stunning. I watched my dog carefully as beyond the cliff edge is a rather dramatic drop! We loved this home away from home and hope to stay again.

If you looking for a cosy, clean and creative cottage that feels like home, Quail cottage is just the best. Lovely neighbourhood: quiet, flat, great for bike riding, easy 5 mim walk to estuary and quick drive into town and beach. lovely home: lots of interesting pieces, books, games, beautiful garden and tramp. Beds are super comfy with lovely crisp, cotton linen and couches huge and just delish to lounge around on. Kitchenette is small but practical and great bathroom with a huge shower perfect for post beach cleaning. Honor was incredible from check in to check out. Couldn't recommend this place enough. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Eileen's place is great! We stayed for a couple weeks. Even though it's not a full kitchen it's well equipped for some cooking. The gardens and view are beautiful and the place feels like a home. The food and tea/coffee provided was very generous. It was really lovely chatting with Eileen and we really appreciated her local knowledge. Highly recommend :)

We had a lovely stay and really appreciated all the fruit, yoghurt, cereals and drinks provided. The place was lovely and clean and very near the beach. Relaxing getaway! And John was very helpful with checkout as well. Definitely recommend 😊

Hattie was great to work with and very kind. The house pets were also very cute and sweet. The view from the property is amazing as well! Great little place for a weekend getaway and the nearby towns were great for exploring. Hattie kept us informed of everything was available for anything we needed.

Andrea and Sherman were the perfect super hosts we've come across so far. Their house was absolutely beautiful and all furniture and appliances were top quality. Sherman's hospitality especially was beyond what we have experienced anywhere. From the freshly squeezed orange juice that came at a moments notice, to the little treats that came for our daughter. You have an amazing place among the citrus orchard, which is situated literally 100m from the motorway. We will happily give you a 10 stars if we could. We will see you again and see if you managed to land any kingfish :) Take care and thank you for looking after our family
