We had a great experience staying at Leo’s place! Leo was a wonderful host, very responsive and checked in with us a couple of times during our stay to ensure everything was going well. He was kind enough to let us view the apartment before booking since we were planning an extended stay of 8 weeks. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, well decorated. The internet connection was reliable, which was important for us. The location is fantastic, with the beach just a 10-minute bike ride or a 15-20 minute walk (I have short legs, so your time may vary!). There’s also a small mall and cinema nearby, just a 2-minute drive or easily walkable. Overall, a comfortable stay with a helpful and attentive host. Highly recommend!

Via app in advance well informed by Angela. Had an app contact a few times and she responded right away. Apartment was as described and sparkling clean. Great view from the bedroom. The kitchen was a little dark as there was blinded glass in the front door. Kitchen equipment fine. Charging station for our hybrid car available; we were allowed to use it for free. Had a very nice stay!

Rosella and her husband welcomed us courteously late in the evening upon our arrival. The accommodation is very clean, quiet and very close to the historic center which can be reached in a few minutes on foot. I already know we'll be back.

What we took away from our stay at Alissia's was above all the tranquility of the place, the warm welcome and the family atmosphere that prevailed there. We had great pleasure in sharing a few moments with the three generations living on the property, which gave a nice human dimension to our trip. The apartment is impeccable, well thought out and very comfortable. The location, in the countryside, is perfect for recharging, enjoying the garden and relaxing in the jacuzzi. A great place to unwind!
