We had a nice time,although the weather was always good for a surprise. The area was ideal for hiking and exploring. Landscape a dream. Many thanks again to Manon's father. Those who love nature are well taken care of here.

We had a truly amazing stay at Martine's villa. Both Martine and Dalila are extremely accommodating, very friendly and welcoming. They were very responsive and flexible in catering for our needs and really looked after us. The villa is breath-taking and the kids especially loved the pool. We hired a car but Mougin has enough very walkable amenities too-such as boulangerie, tobac, pizza takeaway and restaurants 5/10 mins walk away. Old Mougin village is small and very picturesque (15 min walk), where we enjoyed looking at art and playing boules. (You can borrow boules from the tourist information office). We also enjoyed day trips in the region such as to Cannes, Nice, Saint paul de Vence and Grasse. This is a beautiful region and a beautiful house in which to relax and enjoy your holiday. We would really love to return and stay at Martine's villa again.

We spent 4 very pleasant, quiet days in this large house surrounded by nature. The house is very well-equipped and the spaces are very user-friendly. There's so much to see and do all around that we'll have to come back...

Great stay in the mountains of Coaraze, a breath away from Nice and close to numerous hiking trails around the Mercantour area. The accomodation itself however invites you to stay, not leave for anything but just relax, enjoying the views and feeling at home. The house has that homey feeling you want with all the equipment you need. Spacious, beautifully crafted and secluded, this spot gives you instant relaxation upon arrival. The deck is perfect for sunbathing and bird spotting and the bedrooms are light and relaxed with adjourning bathrooms on both rooms. All in all a perfect get away home that helps you relax, unwind and get in touch with nature!

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

Sleeping nickel, good quality sofa bed. Very clean and quiet air-conditioned studio in a secure copro and with swimming pool. Very good communication with the host. Recommended

The apartment is located in a complex that is sometimes a little outdated. The apartment itself had everything you need, but I would not occupy it with 4 people, check-in and check-out, was quite straightforward and worked great. We loved the surroundings, the river with the cafes, good for jogging, it was beautiful. Thank you for everything, we enjoyed it very much

We had a wonderful vacation and we lacked nothing. Hervé is a friendly and accommodating host who was always available. The apartment was as described, we lacked nothing and we felt right at home. The location of the apartment is also optimal, especially the view of the harbor was very nice. We particularly liked the pool, because the beaches and especially the parking spaces were crowded. So refreshment was always guaranteed. The private parking space in the underground parking was also great. All in all we had enjoyed the time very much and will definitely come back.

Well located accommodation, only 15 minutes to the beach. 1A with dog, because the entire property is fenced and very spacious. Great with 2 terraces and barbecue. There were 4 of us there and we had 2 more bedrooms available, as everything was designed for 8 people. The location is quiet, a little far from the center. Definitely recommend it. We had a very nice time and communication with Caroline was very easy and straightforward. She was always available and always responded quickly.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Close but not too close to the downtown/shopping beach district. Felt super safe in the area with lots of small markets/food places. We had fun walking 25 min to beach/shopping everyday and trying new Cafes. All were amazing. The place cools down very quickly with great air conditioning. The kitchen was stocked with seasonings/oil/vinegar, water and espresso pods. The view was very beautiful and peaceful to sit outside. Host was very responsive and helpful to all questions/comments.

Great place for children, adults and grandparents that can be placed in a separate little house😉 The pool was heated and lovely to bathe even in the month of April. Great to have lunch under the olive tree and dinner at the long table with barbecue and views🙌 Definitely recommended.

A real favorite! The accommodation was absolutely impeccable: clean, warm, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Gorgeous location!!! Place is actually better that what the published pictures show. We felt right at home. The apartment has everything you need to have a very comfortable stay. The private resort its beautiful, lots of nature and with plenty of activities. Loved the pool, the beach and the beautiful Cote d’ Azur region.
