Felt at home as soon as I arrived here, the decor is lovely and is more spacious than I thought it would be. Also, the best shower I’ve had anywhere I’ve stayed! The flat gets so much light and you can open the big windows for a nice breeze. I thought a sofa bed would be an inconvenience but it was super easy to put away/get out. I felt very safe in the flat, a sturdy door and double lock. No disturbances from neighbours in the month I was there, people in the building were always friendly and said hello. Communal areas are kept clean. The location is great, super close to the train station for day trips and a short walk to the beach. And then Audrey is just so lovely, super friendly, replied quickly to any queries I had and always reminded me she was there if I had any questions/needed recommendations. If I could have stayed longer I would have, I recommend a stay here 100%.

The apartment is good and clean, there is security, I liked it. Free parkings around the house!

Fantastic area to stay in. It doesn’t have the hordes of tourists of place Massena. Benoit’s place is roomy and has terrific windows and a wraparound balcony full of sunlight. You’re also near the tram which allows you to visit other parts of Nice easily. We totally recommend it and would stay here again!

My wife and I had the best vacation ever! This is the best Airbnb i’ve ever rented by far. Ela was a fantastic host. The building (Parc du Cap) is incredible. It’s brand new, with unbelievable amenities such as beautiful indoor and outdoor pools, a fantastic tennis court, a top notch gym and spa boasting a world class sauna, steam room and even a cold room. The apartment itself was immaculate with top notch appliances and a large furnished terrace. The location was as good as it gets! It’s only a 5 minute walk to the heart of Juan-les-Pins and all the restaurants, bars, and shops. It’s also only a 5 minute walk to all the amazing beaches. We also walked 15 minutes to go into Antibes and all their restaurants, beaches etc. If I could sum our experience in one word it would be- PERFECT! Gary Busel

This apartment was the perfect place to stay during my time in Cannes. It was well situated but a little removed from all the hustle and bustle. I loved waking up in the mornings, sitting on the balcony, and watching the boats in the bay. Communication was easy, and the apartment was easy to find.

Very well located apartment near the train station and the city center. The apartment perfectly matched the description on site. Small apartment but very well arranged with new furniture and in a state of impeccable cleanliness. I recommend this rental for those who want to visit the city center and old Nice on foot.

The stay at Gérard's was lovely. The accommodation is clean, functional and very conveniently located. Gérard was flexible with arrival times, I highly recommend this place.

Clement place was wonderful it’s on the principal avenue , the beach is behind the building . We spent a really good time .

We had a lovely short stay in Cannes. The apartment was perfectly placed to wander the old town and down to the beach. We had a lovely stay at Elodie's place. It was nice to come "home" to after a busy day exploring. She was a very helpful and responsive host. The apartment was exactly as pictured, clean, cheerful amd spacious.

This apartment in Juan Les Pins is very well located, a few minutes from the beach and with many restaurants nearby. A 10-minute walk from the train station, it's a great place not only to enjoy the atmosphere and beauty of Juan Les Pins and Antibes but also other cities on the French Riviera like Cannes and Cap d 'Ail. The apartment was very clean, very well equipped and very well secured. We were welcomed by Yaël, a charming host who did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Everything was very positive.

Loved this place. The seaside deck chairs, pools, restaurants were all so lovely. Ideal for kids too.

Had a great visit. I was very well looked after by Alizé's mom but communication was very easy with Alizé as well. She is responsive and accommodating. Had a great time in this beautiful penthouse. Our hosts, Nathalie and Xavier, were very welcoming, kind and caring. The accommodation is impeccably clean, carefully decorated and perfectly equipped. It also has splendid views. We had a very pleasant family stay and will be happy to go back.

Wow wow wow, Herve’s house exceeded our expectations, it’s even more beautiful than it looks in the photos, everything is spotlessly clean and in gorgeous surroundings. All the amenities you could ever need. It is in a private gated domaine so you feel very safe. Nathalie was really helpful and flexible with check in time and met us when we arrived. She also helped us arrange a private chef to come to the villa on the last evening which was absolutely exceptional. It was a great location, about a ten minute walk down to the beach and lots of shops/taxi companies/uber/bars and restaurants as well as the ferry port that takes you to st tropez and other locations. We felt right at home! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, thank you for a wonderful trip.

We had a brilliant week at Anna's house. There was plenty of room for 6 people, the rooms were airy and the beds good. Location was perfect, close to everything in a very quiet street with good eateries. Anna gave us all the information we needed and kept in touch with us through the week. We especially appreciated that we could be in the house as long as we wanted on the day of return, as we had a late flight home. Thank you for us. We would be happy to come back. We had a lovely stay at Sabine’s beautiful place. The apartment is so stylish and well-equipped, and the sweet garden was perfect for sitting and chilling in the afternoon sun. We loved this place! We loved its location, the house and lovely outdoor space. It was close proximity to the beach and we enjoyed using it as a base to explore the local area. Elodie and Brice were great! I would highly recommend this property, especially for a family.

Beautiful place and lovely host. Judith was a great host, she was very accommodating and even let us check in early so we could make use of the pool on a sunny day! Judith doesn’t speak English but uses Google translate to communicate which we didn’t mind at all! The accommodation itself was extremely clean and tidy and provided everything we needed. The pool and the views were the best part. Very secluded and peaceful area. I would recommend renting a car as it’s away from the centre and Ubers are not as easy to get. Overall we had a lovely stay and we would recommend. Thank you Judith for a great week!
