Exterior seating on all sides. Road all the way to the front and possibility for charging electric car on the plug. Jacuzzi that holds 40 degrees year round. Beautiful Sauna. Boat from Easter, 2 Kayaks and a paddle board.

Short distance to the city center, beaches, Furulunden ("The City's Green Pharmacy", is called the forest that you will find between the sea and the city), swimming areas in fresh water. Typical southern center (walking distance about 10 min) with small niche shops and good restaurants. Lindesnes lighthouse, Norway's southernmost point is a short drive away. The zoo and Sørlandsbadet is also just a short drive. The place is suitable for 1 or 2 families. Sun from morning to evening.

The cottage has a welcoming living room with spectacular views, a fully equipped kitchen and a spa where you can relax after a long day. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a loft with four good mattresses. In addition, a toddler bed. Outside, a large terrace awaits where you can enjoy the stunning views. The cottage is surrounded by lush nature with hiking opportunities in the area, and by the lake just below the cottage you can sail, fish and swim. It is possible to rent a boat with an electric motor. SUP and canoe are free.

Centrally located with 50 meters to the Alti center, 300 meters to the cozy pedestrian street in the center of Mandal and 1 km to Furulunden and beautiful shorelines. Bed linen and towels can be rented. Preferably hosts families and adults, as this is an old protected residential area in Mandal. No smoking and animals allowed. Entrance at the back of the house. A few minutes away from the river for those who have license to fish salmon from June to Sept.
