Spend the night in the old wood warehouse of the carpenter's shop. The guest house can accommodate up to 7 people. In the old carpentry shop there is now a tasting room, which is available as a lounge during your visit. You are also welcome to book a tasting (wine, whiskey, beer, etc.) or a culinary journey. A bathroom with daylight windows and bedroom with walk-in closet are also located on the upper floor.

The apartment was previously a store called Ayu Living for 10 years. Ayu means beautiful in Balinese. And that's what we want to convey in our apartment. When you come in here, you'll feel right at home. In the heart of Landshut, just a few minutes' walk to the old town, but still located in a very quiet side street. A supermarket (Penny), fitness center and bus stop are just around the corner. Several restaurants are within walking distance.

Kettle, instant coffee and tea are available. Bed linen and towels are provided. NO shower, NO kitchen! There are 2 more guest rooms in the house. There is also a guest bathroom there.

Cozy 1-room apartment with kitchenette and separate bathroom with shower. The apartment is quietly located and is situated between Neuburg an der Donau and Ingolstadt. Starting February 1, 2026, it will be possible to use a washing machine (by arrangement). Use is not included in the price! For longer rental periods (from 3 months), a special price can be agreed.
