Emma’s home was a perfect fit for my family’s stay! From there, we were able to walk to Eastarn Penitentiary, Fairmount Park, and the Philadelphia zoo. My teenage son loved the full gym, and we all loved the air hockey and rooftop deck. The views are so beautiful! Definitely recommend for families interested in exploring Philadelphia!

Nica’s home is amazing and we felt right at home. It is beautifully decorated, modern, well furnished, great location and very well stocked. A lot of details throughout the house including a very nice first aid kit and a great selection of great coffee and teas. The home has good and sturdy hand rails and we had no issues with the stairs. We enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. We will come back next time we are in town.

Loved our stay here during the Metallica concerts! The place was spotlessly clean and beautifully designed inside. The bed was very big and super comfortable—way better than an $800 hotel night, especially with a backyard to smoke, which is hard to find. The host was amazing—provided free slippers and a full bottle of wine, plus allowed a late check-out and an extra day, which was a big plus. The neighborhood is high-crime, but the police station on the corner kept us feeling safe, and all the neighbors seemed nice. A $12 Lyft to Center City Rittenhouse Square was convenient. Highly recommend for a great Philly trip!

I’ve stayed at several places in the Philly area and this was by far my favorite! The space itself is very clean and much bigger than I was expecting. Check in was simple. It was great to have a designated parking spot and on site laundry. As a young female, I felt completely safe exploring the town on my own. Lots of great things to do in the area! Definitely recommend this place and will stay here again (if invited) lol

This was the perfect spot to visit our daughter in Philly. The home was quiet, so comfortable and well sized. Saniah was amazingly responsive when we needed her. We will definitely be back and highly recommend!

This place was one of the nicest airbnb's we have ever stayed at. It felt brand new and was the perfect size place for my husband and I. The apartment is well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. The location was great...very close to everything the city has to offer. And the view of the city was a very nice bonus! Adam & Vince were very responsive to any questions I had and made sure to check in with us to see if there was anything we needed. Had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

I had a great stay at this unique Joe Frazier-themed home! The space was spacious, spotless, and full of character. A perfect blend of comfort and tribute to a boxing legend. Everything was well-maintained and clean, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home that celebrated Joe Frazier’s legacy. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay!

This unit was super clean and cozy. It had an excellent view of the Philly skyline from the private roof deck. Check-in was smooth and Deluxe was prompt to respond to any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again!

great location in a super walkable/transit friendly neighborhood. we didn't have a vehicle and had no issues getting around the city. great kitchen stocked with the essentials to make some quick meals and the little patio was a great way to end the night

Very cool loft with all of the amenities of home and minutes away from all of the Center City locations I needed to access.

Overall a good stay. The place was clean and comfortable. It’s a newer listing, so some info (like the guidebook) was missing and a few web pages were empty. I had some questions about facilities like the gym, but the host was always responsive and helpful. Location is about a 25-minute walk from the city and not much in the immediate area.

I would definitely stay here again, I felt safe, parking lot was right next to the building The apartment was clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable best sleep I’ve had in weeks, I travel a lot. The only negative is the paid parking if you didn’t find street parking which only allowed an hourly rate up to six hours or evening flat rate which was inexpensive 12.45 but expired at 5am so if you are a late sleeper set an alarm, otherwise I love this place and definitely recommend.

Great location, great unit and great hosts! Cannot recommend highly enough. If you are looking for a central location, great restaurants, just around the corner from the park, do not pass this up! This is our second time staying in this building, and both units were fantastic. Rafi and team are AMAZING. Super helpful, quick to respond and seamless check-in/check-out. This will be my go to spot every time I’m in town!

Great stay! Such a great location! I walked everywhere from here. It’s a little under 3 miles from the train station. Are at South Street Barbacoa (great tacos, cash only), Paesanos in the Italian market (AMAZING sandwich). The Magic Gardens morning tour before they open to the public (also maybe a 20 min walk) was incredible. The public hammocks on the waterfront were very cool and you can get drinks and a bite. The place was very very clean and comfortable. There is a little air conditioner fan but it’s on the top floor so a tad warm in the bedroom (living was cool) but still sleep able! Very responsive host.

Enjoyed our stay at Jon's place. I loved the bright and open feel of the space! All areas were very clean and everything was in working order. I do wish the hot tub water was able to get warmer, although water tank/temp information was clearly stated in the listing, so as to no fault of the host. The sauna was perfect to help warm up after a full day of cold rain. Most importantly Jon was super friendly and did not hesitate to reach out to help me with an inquiry of mine, never made me feel like a bother and even communicated to follow up afterwards.

The stay was pleasant. The host was great with communication and responded fairly quickly. Would stay here again.

Spent a few days in Philadelphia for a graduation. The home was located in a convenient area with pubic transportation right outside the door. We traveled to campus several times a day and it was easy to get there and back. Spacious and comfortable during our stay. Parking is across the street but easily walkable to the home. Easy check in/out.

The place was amazing. It was very clean and honestly spotless. Drelynn was very responsive. I will note that the place didn't have pots and pans for cooking though.

Made the choice for my wife and I to stay here for a expo at the convention center and it was easy and the travel between was within minutes. The stay pretty much reminded me of a hotel, had multiple amenities, and the hosts were super quick and responsive. The Jacuzzi was a big plus thay my wife and I were able to enjoy after a long tour around Philly. Overall, a really great stay and we would definitely come back again for the next con.

My stay at Christopher's apartment was an all-around positive experience. The place was clean, modern, and well-equipped – just as described. The location is quiet yet well connected, making it a great base for exploring Philadelphia. The neighborhood felt safe and pleasant. What stood out the most was Christopher’s hospitality: he was always available, very helpful, and even gave me great restaurant recommendations that really enhanced my stay. Check-in was smooth and everything went perfectly. I’d definitely come back and can warmly recommend this place!
