Beachfront vacation rentals in Manavgat

Ramazan Bey is a friendly, caring person and focused on solving problems. Overall, we were happy with our trip. The house's location is quite close to the sea from an easy walkway. There is a sunny area on the beach for the location of the site. There is no lounge chair, we brought our folding director chair, it was no problem for us. The shower spiral was torn, and Mr. Ramadan took care of it right away and delivered a new one. Hot water is solar powered, there was always little pressure in the shower. Close to the house, Migros and many local grocery stores, you can easily get your needs. The beach and sand are quite nice, we preferred this side especially for kids. We saw a lot of plastic pollution in the sea this year for a few days, after a while it went down and disappeared. I hope the sea always stays beautiful.

The house is as described, nicely spacious and the surroundings very quiet. The hosts were very attentive and always easily accessible. We especially liked that we were allowed to enter the villa before check-in time. Thank you for the stay and that everything worked out on such short notice

Nice house in a small town close to the beach. AC worked great and the pool was lots of fun during the day.

We had the chance to stay for about 3 weeks. The kitchen utensils were just as useful as in the photos. You can easily get in and out of the pool in the middle of the compound, but there is a 10-minute walk for the sea. The beach is also very beautiful and the sea is spotless. We easily contacted the host and the person on duty and got a quick response. Thank you for everything. If you want to have a nice calm holiday, you can choose.☺️

Metin was a great host. He was very supportive and helped a lot. The accommodation was great and was very clean. I would definitely recommend.

I was in the house in November. A beautiful house and beautiful vacation complex. First week was still in the hotel opposite loud music to hear in the 2nd week it was closed. The house has no heating, so it can get a little chilly in the evening at only +12 degrees. When the sun was shining, there was also hot water, as there is a solar system on the roof. Unfortunately, the windows were not so tight to shut out the noise from the D400 expressway. You always had some traffic noise. Shutters are available everywhere and the kitchen was really great. For cooking, everything was there, fridge, gas stove, dishwasher, kettle and much more. I can recommend the house.

Mr. Murat was very caring and foreseeable. Although the houses are old houses, they are very clean and well-maintained. Even the detergents were considered, we had all our needs. We felt at home during our 2 week stay. Every question we had was very quick and solution-oriented responses. We will sure come to visit again. 👍🏻🫶🏻

Great house, easy check in and perfect communication with Berk. However, the area seems to be fully local so not much to do, terrible restaurants. Kitchen and home is very well equipped with everything you need, AC is a huge benefit. Overall great value for money, recommend

I stayed on the 4th floor, and the view from here was so beautiful and perfect. It was a fantastic location, with a beautiful beach within 2-3 minutes walk. The host explained everything well, so I was able to fully enjoy my vacation. I would like to thank the host, Murat.

Everything is as mentioned. The house is in a great location, the beach has a site partition. The items were simple and tidy, albeit old. Mr. Murat tried to assist with everything and received early returns. Even after I left the house, I came across the same guest and understanding. Overall , I can contact Mr. Murat without hesitation in case of choosing Side again:) thanks for everything.

We stayed with my family for Serik Triathlon. It was very close to the beach and the Event area. The house was as described in the pictures.
