Vacation rentals with an accessible height bed in Manatee County

This was my first time on Anna Maria Island so I really didn’t know where to stay and I’m so glad I picked this place! Was one block from the bay side beach, where I got to watch the sunrise every morning and a few blocks from the Gulf coast beach, which was just truly amazing. Unit 4 where we stayed was so nice. I had read some not so great reviews, and it truly upset me because it was so much nicer than what some of the people said. Everything felt brand new and the hide a bed in the living room still had the plastic on the memory foam mattress, and it was very comfortable. Cozy little clean place that felt like home to me… I can’t wait to go back♥️🌴🌊🥥

This is our 2nd time staying at this unit and we love it! It’s the perfect size for 2 people and perfect location. We love how close it is to all of our favorite places and the beach. It’s always clean and comfortable. Will stay here again!

Excelente opción calidad-precio. Pequeño pero coqueto, calle tranquila y a 5 min de la playa. Colchones a mejorar, pero en general muy buena experiencia y buena comunicación. Lo recomiendo.

Very very clean & cute space

This place was perfect for our mother/daughter getaway! Located just steps to the beach and within close walking distance to the village, I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Adorable little apartment, but was bigger than I was expecting based on the description, so I was pleasantly surprised. The only thing that could have been better is that the washer/dryer were not present. Presumably, the hurricanes caused this, but it was no big deal at all. I would absolutely book this again, hopefully sooner rather than later! We absolutely loved it!

As far as location and price go, this place is unmatched. Super affordable and convenient to the beach, restaurants, coffee, and the free trolley stops. Walking distance to everything! The private pool is a great option and the home was very clean! The two things which I would say to improve would be flexibility with check in and the WiFi was super glitchy. It is a busy area, which is fun but can be a little loud with people walking by and cars. Overall, I highly recommend and would stay here again!

Sunny 2BR Gulffront was the perfect place to stay! Close proximity to the beach, restaurants and Bridge Street. The condo was perfect lots of space, clean and comfortable! Pool was also perfect always plenty of lounge chairs available. Would love to stay here again!

We had a great stay! The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The heated pool was a big hit and there was plenty of space and activities to keep everyone entertained. The host was super nice and responsive, which made the experience even better. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful birthday weekend sojourn from a busy life. Would recommend this stay to anyone seeking close ride to the beach and quiet peaceful place.

Our stay was amazing! The pool was huge, the host supplied games and pool toys as well! The rooms were the perfect size and whether we decided as a group to stay outside or inside the accommodations for both were perfect. Anna Maria Island was only 15 minutes away as well. The group I brought had an amazing time and I'll be booking the property again in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is absolutely perfect. It’s an easy and quick walk to the beach. It’s in a quiet area and right around the corner from the Village which is a great place to get food etc. The rooftop balcony was a perfect place to watch the sunset! Great amenities with a fully stocked kitchen. Dawn was a wonderful host:)

We enjoyed our stay in Bradenton! The home was very welcoming and spotless. The quality of all kitchen amenities were outstanding, by far one of the best kitchens of all the places we have rented. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. We loved the King sized beds in every room. The backyard is beautiful, private and peaceful. The pool and hot tub were the selling point for this Airbnb! The neighborhood was quiet yet still very close to several stores. The drive to local beaches was ~15-20 minutes. We were provided with various pool and beach items that we could use - all which were great quality. Our host Rosa was wonderful. Her response time was quick and she made sure everything was up to par. She resolved issues quickly, which we are thankful for.

This house was beautiful and perfect for our 2 family vacation. Loved the basketball area, outdoor screened in patio, and pool. The kitchen was amazing - I have never seen as many utensils, pots, pans, etc. at any other rental. Top notch.

Great beach access, beautiful backyard. Dishwasher was not working and Vacasa responded within the hour and had repaired the next day. Nice updates to bathrooms and kitchen, deck and deck furniture need a good cleaning. Sprinkler system doesn't appear to have been working for some time, landscaping was mostly dead - not sure if owners are aware. Vacuum cleaner did not work. Very convenient location and very private, enjoyed our time there. Other than the few things listed, everything was as expected and we hope to come back!

It was the perfect spot for our family while in town for a tournament at IMG! The location was super convenient—just a short seven-minute drive to the fields, which made our game schedule so much easier. The house was clean and spacious and had everything we needed to relax and recharge. But the real MVP? The pool area! It was absolutely awesome—tons of games, a fun water slide, and plenty of space for the kids to burn off energy while the adults got to unwind. The whole setup made it feel like a mini vacation, not just a tournament trip. The host was friendly and responsive, and we will absolutely stay here again for our next IMG visit!

Local Property was more than amazing! Host responded super fast and always kind, super helpful. Self check in was easy and the place was really easy to find. Everything was super clean, had all the amenities listed and more, pool area was absolutely beautiful and warm, I felt like I was at my own home! I will definitely be coming back if I’m in town again. Thank you so much letting us stay at your place.

I enjoyed my stay at this property. We had an amazing time. The place was clean secure easy parking. The pool area was amazing. I’m telling you if you and your family are looking for a place to go and stay relax. Enjoy and enjoy some fun in the water location near everything restaurants beaches everything was very close. This is the property to choose in Bradenton.

Can't say enough positive things about our stay! From the peaceful and quiet surroundings, beautiful pools, gorgeous property, ease of access to ocean, ability to walk to dinner and/or take trolley into village it exceeded our expectations. Jack was helpful, quick to reply and wonderful to work with. The condo was pristine clean, beds super comfortable (especially for a person with back issues- my husband had no problems). Thank you and recommend 110%. We would return.

Chris was very responsive and great to work with. The place was beautiful and centrally located. The amenities he provides are great. Write down to light blankets to curl up with on the couch. He even provided games that my grandkids enjoyed. Would definitely rent from him again. Thanks Chris, for everything!
