Apartment in very good condition, similar to the photos and with a large terrace with a direct ocean view. Easy access, located in a condominium that has everything for guests: swimming pool, laundry, gym, concierge, etc. Very good location, beachfront and with sunshade and beach chair service. The host is very friendly and serious.

We had an amazing stay! Vladimir is super attentive and kind. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need and more. The amenities are divine! The terrace has a spectacular view and the apartment's deck overlooks the pool and a beautiful garden. We had a wedding at the Serena, so it was an unbeatable location for us. We left planning our return!!

Property: It is located in a very nice area, a short distance from the beach, safe environment, inside the apartment is well cared for, spacious, bright and clean, with excellent views, the terrace with a large grill and appropriate furniture, the views from there are incredible and the tranquility of the entire area make it really feel good, as in our own home. it is to highlight the self check-in, both to the underground parking lot, and by the goal , always attentive and available.

Everything was perfect, it's exactly as described. The only drawback is the WiFi, which is not the best but it works. Everything else, very grateful and I would definitely come back. Thank you very much!

The apartment is much better than the pictures show. The host and his wife were waiting for us and were very kind to show us the apartment, which is well equipped. Special highlight for crockery, cups (water, whisky), crystal glasses (wine, champagne) and tablecloths new and in sufficient quantity to welcome friends for lunch, dinner or happy hour. Ample, with great division and a beautiful view of the sea, as it is on the 11th floor. Traditional building, with excellent maintenance of the common areas, good location, with bakery and coffee next door and supermarket two blocks away. Staff of the helpful building, polite.

The house is as shown in the photos. We were 2 couples and we were super comfortable. What stood out most about the stay was the cleanliness of the house in general. Everything was spotless. I would definitely come back! Claudia was very attentive from when we got there until we left. I also recommend the location because if you don't want to use the car much, the beaches are super close and very nice.

It was a total of 8 of us staying at Henderson Farm, and there was not a single complaint. There was plenty of space for everyone to be properly accommodated. Everything was clean, organized, and we where even provided with fresh eggs and honey produced right there on the farm. Overall a beautiful place and an even better time. Thank you!

This house in Punta Ballena is absolutely gorgeous—truly, the pictures don’t do it justice! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning backyard that leads right to the ocean. The pool was big, clean, and incredibly refreshing, perfect for relaxing during the day. At night, the view of the stars was breathtaking. Inside, the house is spacious, beautifully designed, and offers amazing views from almost every room. The satellite TV was a nice bonus, but honestly, with scenery like this, we barely needed it! If you’re looking for a peaceful, picturesque getaway, this place is perfect. We’d love to come back!

Very well located apartment, close to the main points of interest, very comfortable, great bed, very clean and smelling. Well equipped kitchen, good shower, super comfortable room. Place to feel at home. Unico incoviniente was the somewhat cramped box.

The apartment is very nice and the location is excellent, steps from the beach. It is very well equipped and the fact that it includes daily cleaning is a plus. I recently had the privilege of staying in an amazing apartment in Punta del Este, and I want to share my experience. Since we arrived, we were impressed by the quality of the place. The apartment has been completely renovated and refurbished, and everything is impeccable. Every corner reflects attention to detail and care, making it a very nice place. The location is excellent. But what really takes your breath away is the view, it's unbeatable. It's definitely one of the best views you can imagine. In addition, I want to highlight the kindness and availability of Andrés, who was an exceptional host. Highly recommended for those who want to rest and enjoy a few incredible days in Punta.

The apartment is very spacious, impeccable in every way, excellent location, you can walk to the beach, both to the brava and to the mansa, all the facilities work perfectly, we were left wanting to have a barbecue in the gazebos due to lack of time, impeccable pools, the outside ones with warm water and the inside one warmer !!! I would go back 1 and 1000 times !!!
