It is a new building and apartment, with a modern style and all amenities. Everything is always clean. I personally liked the location, but it's worth remembering that it's in Maldonado and not downtown Punta del Este. I'd definitely come back.

The images and descriptions match the location. The region is beautiful and safe. A lot can be done by walking.

The apartment is very well located, close to the port and the center of the peninsula, everything can be done on foot. The view is beautiful! The building is very quiet and the people receptive. The apartment is very well equipped and accommodates very well 5 or 6 people. Juliana was very attentive, always responded quickly to sent messages, very willingly. The stay was great. Spectacular view. Affectionate reception, with lit and aromatic candles. What we needed was answered promptly. Useful information is that there is no hair dryer, local voltage is 220v. But it has all the other utensils, super complete kitchen. It has an iron and bed linens. We felt at home.

Belén's apartment was perfectly clean and had everything we needed for our vacation. Belén was always attentive when we had any questions. I recommend this place as well as its hosts.
