The apartment is just as advertised, you walk a few meters to the development's pier and you have a view of the sea and common areas. The 2nd night I was cold and I asked him to help me with a blanket and he solved it during the day. (I'm sensitive to the cold)

The place is undoubtedly very cozy, you have a beach and a pool in the same place, which I think is incredible, it is safe so I recommend the place, perhaps the only detail I could observe is that the beds are small, and my husband and I just fit.

Excellent accommodation, and the location is ideal to enjoy with the family and find a moment of tranquility. The beach is very safe, few people go there and as an alternative it has a large swimming pool. I appreciate Yesenia's hospitality and we will definitely be back.

the house is nice with a garden view in a gated community, its located less then 5 minutes from the beach and about 15 minutes walk to Olon . Juan responds quickly and is helpful definitely recommended

This is probably the best if not one of the best condos in Manta. It’s near the main shopping center and beach. The place really has everything you need and it’s modernized as well. Will definitely book again
