If you’re looking for a spot directly in town with basic amenities and a king bed, Emiliano is a wonderful and communicative host. This is a townhome style with another small suite attached to the second level, but with separate and private entrances. We had no issues with our neighbor and actually enjoyed getting to know another traveler. The location, size, and flow of the space are great. We enjoyed the two decks and the first floor hammock. The upstairs bedroom is very spacious and enjoyable. It is not modern or updated, so if you’re looking for fancy this might disappoint. Lastly, when we faced a couple of issues with the water, Emiliano was quick to respond and had locals able to come onsite and help.

Excellent choice for family vacation in San Clemente. Very comfortable apartment, in a private and safe set. Installations according to the published. Steps from Hotel Palmazul to use restaurant, pool and private beach access. 100% recommended

Mia's Loft is very conveniently located practically by the sea, everything is super clean and functional, it has parking at the foot of the loft. I would definitely come back again. (The loft is identical to the photos)

Everything is great! The apartment is very clean and is located in a quiet, beautiful residential area. Unfortunately, a bit remote from the center and shopping, but you can get around very well by bus and taxi.
