Juan's apartment is just like the pictures, with an extraordinary view, it is comfortable and very cozy. Juan is an excellent host, he was always attentive. My family and I spent some incredible days there. We'll be back for sure.

My friends/family and I had a great stay here! We really enjoyed the private pool right at the house, as well as the shared beach and hotel pools/restaurant that were a short walk away. The place was also located conveniently close to Pedernales so we went there for breakfast in the mornings, a short car ride away. Our group missed the note in the posting about no towels being provided - so recommend packing extras for the beach and for showering! Overall Great place for a weekend away!

Excellent service from Mr. Luis and his staff, it is very conveniently located and you can even walk to the shopping mall and several areas. It has a laundry area which is a plus, and additional good general air conditioning. Recommended if you want to spend a few pleasant days in Manta.

The apartment is located in an area with easy access and close to the city's main tourist offers. It was very comfortable to stay there, and it's a place for short or long stays. The person in charge of the front desk of the condo was very nice and not to mention Alfonso, who was very attentive to my stay and several questions.
