Small cozy cottage in Hemfjällstangen's cottage area with proximity to cross-country ski trails, snowmobile trails and hiking trails. To Lindvallen and Kläppens ski resorts, it is about 15 minutes' drive. The cottage is 38 m2 on a shared plot with another cottage that is also rented. The cottage accommodates: One bedroom with two single beds. A living room with kitchen, dining area, fireplace and TV corner (sofa bed that in the bedded position is 140 cm wide). The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Bathroom with toilet and shower.

Enjoy quiet days in a cozy cabin with a brand new wood-fired sauna, perfect for relaxing after trips in the mountains or a day on the slopes. The cabin is large (109 sqm), spacious and open. The surrounding area has good hiking conditions both on foot, on skis and by bike. There is an opportunity for hunting and fishing. Right outside the door there is a well-developed network of well-prepared ski slopes. There is a short distance to the alpine facilities in Trysilfjellet (25 minutes) and Sälen (35 minutes). Here you have proximity to activities in summer and winter.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Here you really live in peace. The cottage is located in Malungsfors, 10 km north of Malung. You have 40 kilometers to Kläppen and 60 kilometers to Sälen village. Outside the cottage, the Västerdalälven river flows, which is known for its nice fly fishing in the summer. A very quiet location at one end of the village. The house is only surrounded by 3 summer homes. Full standard in the household, new municipal sewage and water in 2022 and new water heater in 2023. Stove with high coziness factor.

In addition, there is a large terrace, lawn, jetty, a smaller boat with electric motor and a nice place for swimming. There is one double bedroom, two beds in the loft and another two beds in the small newly-built cottage in the courtyard (without electricity).

In the surrounding area there are several lakes and nice fishing waters, the opportunity to pick berries and mushrooms, hike or why not take a trip up to "Rännbergs Toppen" (hiking trail up to a nearby mountain peak)

The cabin is located on a small hill-top with a creek below. The creek leads up to a larger lake and both are very fine fishingwaters containing pike and perch among others. There are no neighbouring houses in the vicinity.
