This is a truly cozy 27-square-meter (290-square-foot) cottage with a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, as well as a 29-square-meter (310-square-foot) veranda with a magnificent view of Lake Siljan. The cottage is located on a private property (5,000 sqm) in the beautiful village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along Siljan, 10 minutes to central Leksand and equally close to Tällberg. There are nice walking paths along Lake Siljan nearby, both summer and winter.

Bed linens and towels should be brought by yourself. Cleaning must be done before checking out and must be done thoroughly, for example, vacuuming, drying the floors, dusting the bathroom and kitchen. So you leave the house in the condition it was in when you arrived. Rowing boat is included with the cabin. You need to clean the house before you check out.

This is a peaceful accommodation in a 19th-century cottage on the edge of the forest. Wood-fired sauna. Fireplace in the large kitchen. Two extra beds in the kitchen sofa bed. So 10 people can sleep well. There are many nice walking paths and bike paths. 10 minutes to Kläppen's ski trails and slopes. 20 minutes to the Vasa Race start. Summer time 3 km away, there is a very nice and newly built FREE swimming area with 25 meter pool. Mini golf etc. 5 minutes to Limas Biathlon Stadium with nice cross-country skiing trails. The cottage has a wooden deck facing south with dining furniture and barbecue. Grass areas for the kids to play on. Here you are close to Sunne summerland, shops, food restaurants and most tourist attractions in the municipality.

Welcome to stay in our nice guest house which is located between Malung and Sälen about 200 meters from national road 66. Approximately 15 minutes' drive to Kläppen ski resort, 30-45 minutes to the remaining ski resorts in Sälen and about 25 minutes to the start of the Vasa Race. In summer, there are also good opportunities to ride MTB on our nice trails and maybe take a dip in the heated pool Ärobadet, where there is also an outdoor gym, playground, sauna, etc. only 5 minutes by car.
