This was our second stay at The Dog House and it was fabulous. The house is so clean, well equipped and comfortable - especially the bed. Shower is fantastic and the gardens are gorgeous, complete with peacocks and chickens. We love the relaxed and friendly response from our hosts and the area is an outstanding nature reserve which we can walk to from the house. Thanks so much for making our stay so enjoyable for our 10th wedding anniversary and for the wine, eggs and Welsh cakes. You even gave us fantastic weather.

We were very satisfied! It was an incredible weekend that we lived, the place is quiet and I felt an incredible peace 🙏🥹 an extraordinary view 😍 even with the bad weather I managed to catch an incredible sunset 😍! Carol and her husband are very kind and affectionate I highly recommend it 🙏.

We booked this as a family trip for three for Easter. We arrived and found the property easily by following the instructions sent. There is one car parking space provided which was a decent size, we have previously had issues with tiny air bnb spaces. Easy access as there is a key pad on the door. The property itself matches the pictures, is clean and has a well equipped kitchen. Beds were comfy so was the sofa for sitting watching tv. The only criticism I could make is that some of the ceilings are low for me at 6ft 2 so watch your head haha. The hosts were great and communicated well and the location is absolutely spot on, walking distance to bars and restaurants and a short drive to the zoo and Cheshire Oaks. Would highly recommended!

The place was lovely, interior is very well decorated and comforting. The area was peaceful and private, tucked away from the main road, and was only a few minutes drive out for activities/ restaurants. Anthony was brilliant, he was very responsive and was willing to help with recommendations and any other requests\ questions. Would definitely stay again.

My partner and I have just returned from our stay with Amanda and Jeff and are already talking about when we can next go back for another stay! We were greeted by Amanda and Jeff for check in where we were shown around the cabin, given clear instructions of everything we needed to know and also advising us of local recommendations for eating out. We were also shown how to light the hot tub and were told to message them if we ever had any questions. We spent one of the days hiking Snowdon and returned to the cabin where the hot tub had been lit (on request) by Amanda and Jeff for us - this was a lovely touch, especially after a long day of walking! The cabin itself was very cosy and we enjoyed having breakfast outside on the decking in the mornings and using the fire pit and hot tub in the evenings. We highly recommend to anyone looking to stay here ☺️

Had a wonderful break, the views over the sea are beautiful. The cabin is small and cosy, very warm and comfortable, perfect to go off grid for a few days. Hot tub was great, very quiet and peaceful and would definitely recommend a stay here.

My second visit here, I love how peaceful the garden is and the views across to the surrounding hills. The armchair in the garden under the cover of a canopy is wonderful, allowing me to sit and read all day undisturbed! The hot tub is a huge bonus and this really is a glamping experience. The bed is comfy, the kitchen is well equipped, the outdoor shower is lovely too. Thanks so much for a great stay! I will definitely be visiting again :)

Stayed here for the weekend as my horse is nearby and my friend and I were taking part in the Pen Llyn SheUltra. Absolutely beautiful accommodation, super comfy sofa and beds. Lovely touches left in the fridge for us. Absolutely perfect for a day covering off 50km on foot! Would definitely stay again!
