The apartment was great! The truth is that everything is very close, we are 15 minutes from the Zócalo, very central and with pharmacies, food and shopping malls nearby. Any support in the apartment was immediately taken care of. We would definitely come back!!!

Casa Gabriela is a wonderful haven of art and nature! It has several super interesting spaces to go with your family and spend incredible moments. The subdivision is a very safe place, you can go for a walk at any time and enjoy the beautiful landscape. Gabriela and the service staff were always attentive to any requests.

The house is beautiful and huge, the bedrooms are very comfortable and the air conditioning helps a lot, the house is just like in the photos, the pool and the hot tub are warm, the garden is very nice, well kept and large, we went with two dogs and we all enjoyed it a lot, the host responds quickly although we didn't really have to call her, there was no need, I highly recommend Alicia's service in the kitchen, very kind and attentive just like David, I highly recommend Maria's house.

Very cozy and perfect for resting, the host is very attentive, you feel at home and there is a place a few meters ahead where you can find food with very good flavor, 100% recommended

The property is wonderful. Very spacious, clean and well preserved. True to the pictures. It has everything you could need. Its located within a private cluster and its super safe, clean and family oriented. We went with our two dogs and baby and had a great time. We would love to return. People were friendly and had a fantastic time overall. My only comment would be we didn’t know there is a nearby area where they do sugar cane burning, and the ashes resulting from the burn can cover the area of the property. on our first day the ashes really covered everything. We couldn’t go outside, specially because we had a small baby. Francisco was super helpful and sent someone to clean the balcony, outdoor jacuzzi and terrace the next day. Cleaning crew cleaned the public pool the next day but the grass still had ashes (they are hard to clean). This only affected us for half a day though and as the host went out of his way to help - so our stay was extremely positive. Thank you so much julio!

In addition, the place is equipped with modern technology that made my stay much easier, from access to using the services inside the accommodation. The location is excellent, very well connected to different points of interest, which made getting around the city very easy. As if that weren't enough, Isabel's attention was first-class, always attentive to every detail and available for any questions. I stayed this weekend with friends and the experience was excellent. The house is located in a very quiet residential area, which allowed us to rest and fully enjoy our stay, the jacuzzi and the pool 10/10. Everything was clean, comfortable and as shown in the pictures. It was definitely the best option for our trip and I highly recommend it. I hope to be back soon! ✨
