Great staff and place

Everything excellent, comfortable rooms, amenities as advertised on the page, spacious main kitchen, many green areas where you can be. Elena's attention was very pleasant. Josue was very attentive and always available for the door or anything else that was needed. The only uncomfortable thing is that people pass by because it connects to another house and you don't have 100% privacy, but everything else is excellent, we would go back.

The place is very nice and quiet. I had a great time with my wife and daughter

As a recommendation for the next ones who want to rent, the place is quite large so I recommend going in large groups. Excellent place, facilities and pool; we really enjoyed it. The only thing we saw a little bad is that for times a lot of maintenance people come in and out and that feeling of privacy was lost a little but just in the pool area. I definitely recommend the property and the attention we had from the host was good.

We have returned yet again to this beautiful place. Happy to be here again :)

I've been many times to Tepoztlan, my stay at Diana's place tops all other accommodations. A beautiful house close to the heart of town, an easy walk to many local businesses, while at the same time being private and calm. We enjoyed the pool every day, before and after our long walks, and slept through the night feeling like we're home. Thank you so much for a beautiful stay!

Everything was excellent and I would go back without a problem. On this occasion, some issues with the pool were reported on the second day and solved, other than that, everything was excellent.

It is a beautiful house with everything you need to have a pleasant stay all the time you are there. My family and I had a great time, we don't have any "but" The pool is great because it is not very deep (1.10 to 1.30 m) and my nieces enjoyed it very much, the adults were also able to enjoy and swim without any problem. The super plus is that it is heated and is greatly appreciated because the warm water feels super rich. The house is impeccable, everything super clean, very well cared for, the bathrooms and kitchen working at 100. Mr. Alfredo's attention was super good. Since we booked, he communicated with me and he was always available to us. He is super friendly, very flexible and takes time to give recommendations and explain the whole operation of the house. The house is very nice, better than in pictures. The beautiful garden, the warm and nice pool, the unbeatable roast area and the house really comfortable with everything you need and more, I loved the kitchen! My family and I had a great time. In addition to the house is wonderful, the great plus are Lulu and Alejandro, they help you in everything, they keep everything tidy and clean, they are aware of anything you need, they are very friendly. You feel at home and relax. I definitely recommend it, one of the best houses in Cuernavaca.

The house has everything you need to avoid going out, the bed is super comfortable, the pool is a plus, and being able to be calm with our dogs was the best. In addition, the area is very quiet and allows you to move around easily, either on foot or by car. The welcome bread basket was a nice touch and allowed us to get to know a little about the local cuisine. On top of that, Coco and Frida were great hosts for our dogs.

This house is a fantastic option to spend a few days relaxing with the family. The pool water always had a pleasant temperature, the rooms were nice and had all the necessary amenities. Oscar and Lorena are always friendly and friendly. I highly RECOMMEND IT.

The pool is cleaned very early every day to ensure privacy. The pool is in perfect condition, has the right depth and the water is at a very good temperature. The subdivision is in a very quiet and safe area, you can go for a walk to see the sunset. A 5-minute walk away is a square where you can find everything, restaurants, cafes, supermarket, pharmacy, wine shop, dry cleaner, etc… and 10 minutes away is the Campestre golf course that you can visit at no cost. 10/10, many thanks to the hosts!

We liked the house, it is as described, we loved the pool, it is a good size, but we do recommend that you pay for the boiler service since the water is cold, the house has everything you need, Oxxo nearby and a plus to hire Mrs. Eli who helped us cook and treated us super well.

Wow! One of my favourite air bnb finds ever! Cristina, Robert and Jennifer are wonderful - warm and super responsive. The villa is full of history, built with love and looked after beautifully. We loved the neighbourhood and the nature all around in the garden and by the communal pool. Elegant but not pretentious, comfortable with intricate authentic details from local artists. We will be back for sure!

Ideal for resting and disconnecting. Upon arrival the house was clean and tidy, it is equipped with utensils (silverware, plates, pots, pans). The super comfortable mattress, no noise, there is privacy. There is firewood in case you want to use the grill, Carlos, Alba and his Husband were very attentive and were attentive at all times. Highly recommended.
