Vacation rentals with beach access in Mali Losinj

Tomislav was a very friendly and helpful host. The apartment had everything you need for a great stay. The terrace with furniture, grill and whirlpool was especially wonderful. He speaks English and German fluently.

Many things stood out to me about this amazing apartment in the beautiful village of Martinscicia. Marina was an amazing, responsive host, she immediately troubleshooted a wifi issue for us (which was a lifesaver!) and made us feel very welcome. She helped connect me with a local boat rental on very short notice, a special part of the trip for us! The village of martinscicia was a spectacular quiet getaway on the adriatic sea, so beautiful and inviting that it was hard for us to leave.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Villa Delfin. Die Lage ist super und ruhig. Es gibt einen tollen Pool und privaten Zugang zum Meer. Die Villa, das Grundstück und unsere Wohnung (Yellow) sind in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Sani ist eine sehr hilfsbereite, freundliche und angenehme Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts durchweg wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren immer verfügbar, offen und freundlich. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und liebevoll gestaltet. Das Apartment ist zwar sehr klein, aber für zwei Personen völlig ausreichend. Ergänzt wird die Fläche durch die dazugehörige Terrasse mit Außenküche, Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten und dem Blick auf das schöne Meer. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man einfach mal abschalten möchte. Wir kommen gerne wieder. :-)

Kann man nur weiter empfehlen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Matthias begrüßt, zu unserer Unterkunft gebracht und sogar gefragt ob wir Hilfe mit den Koffern bräuchten. Die Unterkunft war sauber und genau wie im Angebot beschrieben. Lage ist auch optimal 5 Minuten zum Meer und ca 15 Minuten bis in die Altstadt. Empfehlungen für Restaurants etc. wurden uns auch gleich mitgeteilt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Woche :)

The apartment is lovely, the lounge area and kitchen felt brand new, excellent shower in new bathroom. Bedroom is a little small, not much space around the bed so the bedside table is at the end of the bed. Apartment is next to a busy road but it’s quiet at night for sleeping. Steep road and some steps into town but this wasn’t a problem for us. Very friendly and helpful owner. We’d recommend this apartment.

Wir haben zu zweit wunderbare 11 Tage an diesem schönen Ort verbracht! Besonders genossen haben wir die ruhige Lage am Meer, die vielen duftenden Pinien, die Aussicht von der Terrasse und die Bademöglichkeit vor der Haustür. Das Appartement ist - wie beschrieben - klein und einfach eingerichtet, aber alles hat super funktioniert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ana je izuzetno ljubazna i komunikativna domaćica koja vodi brigu o svojim gostima. Apartman je komotan i čist na dobroj pozicji (blizu centra i plaže) a ima i parking.

Gyönyörű kilátás, mesés környezet és barátságos házigazdák vártak minket a szálláshelyen. Ha tehetném, örökre ezen a teraszon nézném a napfelkeltét.

Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Wir hatten ein erholsames langes Wochenende.

Great place, down to earth and original!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub, die Lage am Wasser war super. Die Badestelle teilt man sich mit anderen Urlaubern aus dem Haus, was aber immernoch deutlich mehr Privatsphäre bedeutet, wie an einem öffentl. Strand. Wir konnten mit unserem Mietsboot direkt am Haus anlegen, was ein wirklicher mehrwert war. Liegen sind ausreichend vorhanden. Wir durften den Grill benutzen, was auch sehr toll war. Parken war kein Problem. Dies ist auch nötig, da man sehr aufs Auto angewiesen ist. Das auf den Fotos beworbene benachbarte Restaurant war leider komplett geschlossen. Mit weiterem Fußweg zu erreichen wären ein Supermarkt, Bäcker und ein Restaurant. Wir haben trotzdem das Auto genommen, da teilweise auch keine Gehwege ausgebaut waren. Die Fotos der Wohnung sind sehr vorteilhaft aufgenommen ;) Wir waren überrascht wie klein es doch war. Es hat für 2Personen trotzdem gereicht. Geschirr war etwas dürftig. Wer Wert drauf legt sollte sich was von zuhause mitnehmen. Die Gastgeber wahren sehr nett

Skvělé ubytování, místo, pláž u apartmánu, poloha apartmánu. Jediný problém byl se sousedy nad námi, kteří bohužel nedokázali dodržet noční klid a tak 2 noci byly s přerušovaným spánkem. Na druhou stranu noční život k tomuto městu asi aktuálně patří :-)

Super Kommunikation und persönlicher Check- in mit vielen Tipps von Vesna, absolut optimale Lage in Cres mit großem Wohlfühlfaktor in dem kleinen, feinen Stadthaus.

Smještaj je bilo lako za pronaći, doček je bio savršen s obzirom da su nam domaćini poslužili finu domaću hranu i piće. Smještaj je čist s prekrasnim pogledom, a domaćini su se na sve načine potrudili da se osjećamo kao kod kuće. Dane smo provodili u obilasku prekrasnog otoka, a večeri u ugodnom društvu domaćina. Velike preporuke za ovaj smještaj, mi ćemo ga se uvijek rado sjećati.

Great location, clean flat, great balcony with a stunning view, nearby the wild beach with crystal clear green water called Valdarke - 10 min walk. Close to the center of the town - 10 min walk, close also to Veli Losinj which is super pretty and very worth of visiting. The only comment worth mentioning is that balcony is shared with the neighbouring flat and their window is basically at the balcony of the flat - we were not bothered by this, the neighbours were nice, we enjoyed the stunning view from balcony during dinners and breakfasts.

this place was wonderful. Just 50m from the beach, a grocery store right next door, lovely terrace, and walking distance to the old town of Rav. Katrine was a gracious host who gave us local tips and was very friendly. I definitely recommend this place and would come back in a heartbeat :)

An absolute delight! We much enjoyed our stay in Matjaz apartment. It is very clean upon our arrival and is as described on Airbnb. It supplies everything needed throughout the day. The private beach access is perfect, idyllic and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without any stress of searching for a spot in the shades. Although we did not use it this time - the garden is also equipped with a grill, which was quite tempting to use :) Matjaz is a super host for a reason. He and his wife are as friendly as one can be, super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back any time and can highly recommend Matjaz and his apartment (s). ***** 5/5 Stars *****

Lionelo ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der immer erreichbar war und uns mit guten Empfehlungen für die Umgebung versorgt hat. Das Apartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet - wir haben nichts vermisst. Von der großzügigen und privaten Terrasse hat man einen wunderbaren Blick über das Meer und auf spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge. Wir haben die Zeit in Lionelos Apartement sehr genossen.

Such a nice place and very kind and helpful hosts - Thank you very much, Terezija and Sasa! The apartment has everything you need and is perfectly well situated in the harbour with Restaurants, shops, the fish market, etc. Nevertheless it is quiet and you can enjoy the lovely garden with view on the sailing boats in the harbour. Beaches are within walking distance.

Wir haben 14 angenehme Tage im September bei Mate in der großen, modernen Wohnung verbracht. Alles sehr sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Aussicht vom Balkon sehr schön. Es war sehr entspannt. Mate hat sich um alles gekümmert und war immer erreichbar. Perfekte Lage. Schön ruhig, nur 5 Gehminuten zu 2 unterschiedlichen Stränden. Auch nur 20 Minuten um zu Fuß in die Alt-Stadt von RAB zu gehen.

Fantastisk plass ! Liten fiskelandsby noen få minutter gange unna. Med noen få, men fantastiske restauranter. Fantastisk hus, men fantastisk tomt! Anbefales om man vil ha en rolig og vakker opplevelse!

Sanja was great and the apartment was extremely nice and in a great location. If we’re ever back in Novalja we’ll certainly come back.
