Summer rental of a nice apartment in Malgrate, Lake Lecco. Perfect for a couple: a double bedroom, living/relaxation room, kitchen and bathroom. Minimum stay: two nights. Located on the lakefront, beautiful view from all the rooms of the house, convenient to all services (cafes, restaurants, promenade and beach). Located in the old part of the lakefront, the apartment is accessible only through a small pedestrian street with steps (100 meters from the lakefront road).

A sleeping area features a spacious bed with white linens, complemented by wooden bedside tables. Two soft lamps offer gentle illumination. A decorative wall piece mimicking branches is displayed above the bed, contributing to a serene environment.

Comfortable two-room apartment directly on the Lecco lakefront in a central position. It only takes 5 minutes walk to the beautiful Malgrate lakefront and 10 minutes to reach the center of Lecco and find all the essential amenities such as supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, train station and buses, as well as the pier for the ferry to Varenna-Bellagio. Near the house there is paid parking and various free parking spaces and various free parking spaces.
