One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The location it's exellent: very central and at the same time in a quiet an exclusive area in front of the Talvera Park; 15 min walk from Bolzano Station. Self check-in.

The holiday apartment "Aria di Casa Reit", which is situated in Valdisotto, overlooks the nearby mountains. The 35 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dryer, heating, as well as a smart TV with streaming services. A baby cot is also available upon request. The kitchen island is equipped with comfortable bar stools that can be used as a work, dining and game table. The Boraherd is a nice addition for hobby chefs. Right in front, we find the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art. In two minutes on foot you can also reach the Archaeological Museum of South Tyrol, where Ötzi, the ice man, is kept and we are therefore in the heart of the city, with its historic center, its arcades and characteristic places.

The Moandl farm has been in the Goller family for over 100 years. Traditionally, we live from dairy farming and in December 2016 we started offering farm holidays in our newly built farmhouse for the first time.
