Excellent place to stay, cleaner, nicer and neat than you can imagine, you can see the affection and dedication of Cinthya and Gonzalo. The area is very nice, with specialty cafes nearby and in a perfect place to get around by car, very few minutes from brava and mansa. The hosts of the best people, very attentive, friendly and decisive. I highly recommend spending a safe, warm and fun stay. Thank you very much. Iñaki y Clara.

Spectacular Loft facing the sea

We had a spectacular time at Tati's place in Punta del Este. From the moment we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised: the apartment is even nicer than the photos, and the sea view left us speechless. Also, the location could not be better as it is facing the beach and steps from the famous “Fingers”. The building staff was super friendly and always willing to help us with any queries or recommendations we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. In short, we were delighted with the experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Exclusive loft at Parada 6 Brava Beach

First of all, 10/10 1. Host. We don't need to get in touch with him, but always available. 2. Location. La brava stop 6 a block away from the beach, 5 minute drive to the night center. 3. Building. Spotless, 5 stars. Very clean, living room for work, recreation and children's activities. Pool on the ceiling, beautiful to see the sunrise and sunset. Indoor pool that we don't use much because it's usually quite full and loud. Own parking. Gym equipped as for 4 people to train quietly at the same time. 4. Room. Excellent. Spacious bathroom with good water pressure. Comfortable bed with linen. Fully equipped kitchen. Just two "bad" things: a) the bar to eat is very high and not comfortable. b) it's located on top of the quincho, and people would meet there 3 or 4 times a week making a lot of noise. In short, for both long and short stays, I super recommend this place for them to choose

Juan was a good host. Photos of the bedrooms show a bunk bed, which was not in the house and we had to sleep on the floor for 2 people. The place is very quiet and cozy. The beach is 4 blocks away, it's very beautiful. I would definitely go again.

Excellent apartment, very well located, one block from the beach, a few blocks from the shopping center, several restaurants nearby. Eduardo, the manager, is always well predisposed to any concern like Daiana, the owner. I had read in previous comments about how much sun came in in in the morning, a theme that was obviously solved with black out curtains that allow you to cover the morning light perfectly. The apartment is as shown in the photos. The wifi works perfectly the same as the cable TV, the building with two spectacular grills, with a pool and two jacuzzis. We will definitely return. 100% recommended!

Caroline was a excellent host. The apartment is super comfortable and space, with a duplex where the room is located. The location of the apartment is sensational, corner with Gorlero Avenue, next to everything. Caroline has always been available, including a new hairdryer for my wife. The building has a 24-hour concierge, spacious garage. I recommend 100%.

The exterior of the wooden Cubo structure is illuminated under a starlit sky, with soft lighting highlighting the deck area. Wooden furniture is arranged on the spacious deck, inviting relaxation in the serene outdoor setting.

A highly recommended accommodation, quiet and close to the beach. Its facilities are optimal, to which are added the opportunity to enjoy the pool and the possibility to shop at a market located inside the building.

We had a lovely stay in Veronica’s place in Punta del Este. The apartment is lovely, maintained to an excellent standard, and with a great balcony to relax on. The location is perfect, easily located to everything in the city and to transport links if you need them. All in all, a wonderful place to spend time in in Punta del Este!
