for work it is my second time staying and I am always sorry to leave, the peace and energy that is important. beautiful place, quiet, clean. ideal for couples.

The house was absolutely stunning! Paula was an amazing host—responsive, warm, and helpful throughout our stay. We loved the peaceful location, surrounded by beautiful old trees that gave it privacy and charm. The home itself was spacious with a wonderful open-concept layout. One of our favorite features was the kitchen dining area, where the large sliding doors opened up to the outdoor patio and pool area—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. The backyard ofcourse was the star. The house had a few quirks, as homes sometimes do, but Paula was quick to answer any questions and made everything easy. My family loved our time there and we’ll definitely be back on our next trip down to UY!

Well appointed house and beautifully landscaped a short walk from the beach

The house is wonderful, exactly as in the pictures. Quiet, cozy place. Beautiful! It's certainly a place we plan to come back to. The condominium, despite being super quiet and reserved, is close to the best restaurants, and also not far from the center of Punta Del Este. We love it. We recommend the house for family and friends trips, including with children. It was wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful and cozy house. From the first moment, Mariana was super attentive and flexible, always willing to help us with everything we needed. He gave us clear directions to get there, recommended where to buy firewood, what supermarkets were nearby, and was attentive to every detail to make us feel comfortable. The house is very nice and is equipped with everything you need to rest and enjoy. The wood stove was a great plus: it heated all the rooms perfectly, and thanks to that we were not cold at all. The views from the house and the peaceful surroundings make the experience even more special — a true respite. It was a beautiful experience, which we will remember with great affection. We will definitely be back soon.

Excellent views. Very comfortable house, with everything you need and excellent amenities. It is located in a very quiet area. It has almost no neighbors and that gives a lot of privacy. At the same time, it is 10-15 minutes from the center if you are in a car. I recommend it and we'll be back! Thank you for everything, Martin!

The experience of staying at Nicolas's property was excellent. The photos are just like the house, everything is very neat, details taken care of to the fullest. Nicolás is an excellent host, responding quickly, making the stay easier. The environment is very cozy, the house has everything you need to spend a few very pleasant days. Pablo's house is literally IMPECCABLE, the photos of the house look nice, but experiencing it is even better! Both Pablo, the owner, and Paola are wonderful hosts, always attentive to inquiries, very helpful, and flexible with check-in and check-out. Decorated like a magazine, with the luxury of a 5-star hotel but with the warmth of a home. Equipped with everything new, spacious, comfortable, clean, tidy, with everything you need for your stay and top-notch linens. The huge grill, with firewood to make a barbecue immediately and enjoy the outdoors in the cozy garden. The place is quiet, with permanent security and with the convenience of having one of the best beaches in Arenas de José Ignacio in front. A kids club 50 meters from the house, with playground games, zip line, soccer field, and a very nice pool. An immense pleasure as Pablo and Paola welcomed us, total thanks to both of them for their hospitality! A house to return to whenever we go to José Ignacio, 100% recommended!!

The house mad3 of wood, spacious, very peaceful location, few step from the nice beach. The neighbourhood is good, but a bit empty in the night. Was nice stay for us.

Divine country house in a beautiful landscape. We were five adults and had a great weekend in which we enjoyed nature, the tub at night at 38°C enjoying the sky (it takes about 5 hours to reach that temperature), the stove of the house, great words. We recommend bringing audio because we didn't see it in the house. Juan Andrés communicated very kindly whenever I wrote to him. It is important to be clear that the house is inside a field in which there is a road and other houses. It is less than 2 hours from Montevideo and 45 minutes from Minas. We left looking forward to returning.

We had an exceptional stay at Santi's house near Santa Mónica. The house is a few steps from a super-quiet beach, so perfect for families and groups seeking a serene getaway. The house has everything you need for a beach holiday (eg, chairs, umbrellas etc). It's quiet/private, but still only a 10 minute drive to Jose Ignacio or 25 mins to La Barra. But the highlight of our experience was Santi, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay, and answered in seconds when we needed anything. We'll stay again. Thank you!

We had a beautiful weekend. The house is just as seen in the photos, very cozy and surrounded by nature. What we highlight most is the stove that heats the entire house. We really enjoyed the fenced yard and deck with our dog. Lua was very friendly and helpful, allowing us to check out later. The instructions given were very clear and helpful.

Our stay was very good. The house really beautiful as seen in the photos. There are two modules on one side is the kitchen and living room and in the other space are the rooms, bathrooms and the laundry room. In the middle is the terrace with the grill and the pool. The pool for afternoons is ideal. All the spaces are very comfortable, we were two families and we managed to share when we wanted to share and have privacy when we wanted privacy. It's on the beachfront, absolute comfort. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, paradores and supermarkets. It is also super equipped. Nothing is missing. The only thing is that it does not have WI-FI. We look forward to returning soon.

The house is modern, nice and cozy, very tastefully decorated and provided with soft sheets, comfortable pillows and extra blankets. Fully-equipped kitchen. The house is very bright. The garden has privacy and was a quiet environment during Easter, even when there was a lot of activity on the main street of La Barra, typical of that time. A pleasure to go out at night without a car or walk to the beach three blocks away. Lorena was super friendly and willing to provide us with what we needed. Flexible with our schedules for our needs. We felt very comfortable. I'd go back.
