Maria was very welcoming during our stay. It was such a beautiful location with an amazing view, we chose to cook at home and eat on the balcony and it was perfect.

This appartement was clean and tidy. Windows and balconies on both sides of the appartement building. Easy walk to the nearest pittoresque village centers (1,5 km), two beaches near by, easy to park. On the front side of the appartement building one not so nice looking old construction building which has propably been like that for years. Otherwise very good appartement with the good price. 😊👍

This apartment has the most beautiful views from the balcony and living room. We very much enjoyed our morning coffee in the balcony and the weather was perfect - not too hot which made sitting in the sun a delight. On a hot day, a shade in the balcony would be perfect. The location is perfect as it's right next to the ferry terminal. The roadside can be a little noisy but after a while it became white noise as you take in the breathtaking view. We rented a vespa and found it very easy to move around whether by taking the ferry to Bellagio on the other side or to Menaggio, 10mins down the road. We also had a dedicated parking spot which was perfect. Irina was very responsive and helpful. We absolutely loved the bottle of sparkling wine that she left us on arrival. Very nice touch. It truly is idyllic and we would love to return one day. Lake Como is a magical place.

Very large and really nice apartment in Como. Since we love to cook and the equipment and furnishings of the kitchen completely thrilled us, absolutely top. The bus station in the direction of Como Centro is not far away, leaving the car behind makes sense due to the traffic jams in Como. Our conclusion: If Como, then definitely at Massimo's. Anne and Frank say Grazie Massimo and Arreviderci.

We spent our first family vacation here and couldn't have done better! The place was easy to find, very clean and beautifully decorated. We were particularly impressed by the view from the balcony to Lake Maggiore and the great pool. Nino was extremely friendly and helpful – we felt completely comfortable. Orselina has won our hearts, and we will definitely be back!

Comfortable and cozy house with a quiet internal garden that offers a crazy view of the lake. It was a regenerating and relaxing stay.

Quiet comfortable place with slightly quirky decor and great view from the balcony. Two comfortable bedrooms. Kitchen is fully equipped, but small and with a low ceiling. Communication with host was good and check in easy. In general all good.

This property is immersed in nature and promises a glorious view and absolute tranquility. The hilly area is wonderful to explore on steep hiking trails. The rustico was clean and cozy, basic amenities are available. There is no refrigerator, but you can enjoy the luxury of a warm shower. There is light in the house, but I would recommend bringing a lantern for outside. Romina is very friendly and showed us everything, communication was straightforward. I'd love to come back.

We had an unforgettable stay at Cristina and Mauro's house. As already mentioned several times in the reviews, the view from the deck is breathtaking! What a joy to wake up every morning to this different show every day... And what about this beautiful house, full of charm while remaining functional, we felt like home. One thing is for sure, you'll never want to leave this paradise again! We'll be back for sure. Thanks again to both of you and see you soon!

We stayed here for 6 nights and it was really nice and communication was very good, i would recommend renting a car as it makes it easier to travel around como but there is a bus stop in front of the house which is convenient

An authentic house in a narrow alley, with beautiful views from multiple spots in the 3-story house. The house can only be reached by steps by steps. That makes it special. Marco responds super quickly and is very helpful. We were four adults and a small dog and had a good time (10 days). A place to return to!

The lake house is really a little gem – tastefully decorated, with a lot of love for detail. You feel immediately welcome and comfortable. We were six adults and three children – it was a bit cozy-tight, but absolutely doable and very comfortable. The location right on the water is fantastic, but you should know that the house is located on the main road out of town (Route 80). For families with small children, the walk to the village (about 10 minutes on foot along the sidewalk) may not be ideal – but it worked well for us. Daniel was a fantastic host: helpful, attentive and super friendly. If something was wrong, he was immediately available – and always generous and uncomplicated. All in all: We didn't miss anything, had a great time and would recommend the house at any time! Thanks Daniel

Camillo is a true gentleman and his apartment is a home away from home. It had everything we needed for our stay. He has thought of everything, very good attention to detail (unlike other places we have stayed). It was very clean and welcoming and was the most at home we have felt in an airbnb. Camillo even collected us from the bus station and dropped us back there at the end of our stay. He had great suggestions for travel in the area also. The views from the apartment are heavenly. I will definitely come back. It is a lovely quiet village just 1km walk to Menaggio. Definitely very relaxing after a busy week prior. Thank you Camillo, we loved our stay!

Marco’s flat was great for our 2-night stay - super well located in a nice neighborhood and in a safe building. It was very clean and the communication with the host was great. The space is great for 2 couples or if you’re with friends because there are 2 sofa beds in the same room (just keep that in mind). 😊

Everything about our stay in Milano at Michele's place was fantastic, 10/10! The apartment was so clean, comfortable, stylish, and charming I wish we could have stayed much longer. For sure we will stay here again on our next trip to Milano. Michele and Loretta were warm and friendly, it felt like we just made some new friends. They were there to greet us and show us around the apartment and Michele was able to be there to say good-bye as well. The apartment is quiet and bright (and has A/C which was nice given the warm weather) so we slept well. The stay was completely delightful and I look forward to our next visit.

Had a great stay, reception was fine, apartment excellent, car safely parked and center 10 minutes walk. Contact good. Highly recommended for those who want to visit Como.

Very comfortable and spacious apartment; peaceful terrace. Ideal to start bike rides towards Bellagio and Sormano. We hope to be back.

Great! we arrived very late and left very early so i dont have much to add but check in was smooth and easy, place was well connected, nice place with complete kitchen- nice balcony as well. seemed like it would be a lovely place to stay for a few days if you want to see Milan, would defo recomend

The accommodation is located in the village on the hillside with a beautiful view of Lake Como. It was very quiet with us, you could only hear a rooster and donkey from the neighborhood. On foot you can quickly reach cafes, restaurants and a small supermarket and of course the beach. The place was very clean and cozy. We would mist definitely visit again.
