Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. When you arrive, it is nicely made with towels, sheets and wood for the sauna. The house has a high standard and optimal floor plan. Perfect for a luxurious spa weekend or a creative meeting with colleagues at the company.

Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 25 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car.
