Lilla Havsbrus Öregrund - seaside cottage

Cottage with sea view in the center of Öregrund. Only 100m to the beach. Newly renovated, 30 square meters. Small bedroom with double bed and a loft with two beds. Fully equiped kitchen, shower and WC. Self-catering. Öregrund is a charming city on the east coast with wooden houses and narrow alleys. In summer there are plenty of restaurants and cafés. To the south lies the Stockholm archipelago with open sea to the north. 1.5 hours from Arlanda airport. Bus to Uppsala every 30 minutes. 5 minute walk to the bus station and ferry to Gräsö. We live in a house on the same grounds and are happy to help with your holiday in Öregrund. We have several extra bikes that can be used for excursions to Gräsö and various nice beaches. The nearest golf course is 6 km. Bed linen and final cleaning included.

Villa with large garden near the sea. The house is located in central Öregrund with about 300-400 meters from the sea with rocks and sandy beach, restaurants, nightlife, public transport and marina. Family-friendly activities are close by. Nice raised garden with balcony, patio and barbecue. The place is good for couples as well as solo adventurers and families with kids. Trampoline can be find in the garden. Öregrund is an old idyllic fishing village, one of the few places on Sweden's cheese coast where you can watch the sun set in the sea.

Modern house on the sea plot with a private jetty secluded location

You will love my place because of the nature, the sun from morning till night, the tranquility, the sea, the giant windows. Enjoy the tranquility, wildlife. The house was built to make you feel you are in the middle of the countryside but indoors. Feel free to take forest hikes in the near area. You can get to the house with the motorboat with a 4 hp rowboat, which is included, as it is about a 500m forest walk through the forest from the parking lot. In winter you walk through the forest if the boat is not in the water.

Welcome to our beautiful house in the countryside, with no next-door neighbors except the forest. A short walk takes you to a quiet lake and a lovely sea inlet, for swimming, or just unwinding by the water. Stylish bright family apartment on a quiet street in the heart of Hornstull. Situated on the two top floors. Balcony with great view. We prioritize renting out to families in our calm apartment building. Close to numerous cafés, bars, restaurants and shops and also to the water and the beautiful island of Långholmen. Bus stops two blocks away, subway 5 min walk and 5 min walk to the airport bus. Families are very welcome (plenty of toys for the children). This is not a party apartment.

Beautiful living in the countryside of Sweden.

Perfect house for bigger groups and families with children. The house is renowated 2017. Two bathroom, 6 bedrooms and a large dining area with a bar. The house has a fantastic view over the lake and the yard have plenty of activities for the whole family. Big outdoor area with pool and sauna, barbeque house with room for 14-16 people. Playground for the kids, donkeys, horses, rabbits, sheep on the farm. Only 60 min from central part of Stockholm. 20 min from Nyköping.

Oasis near the water, close to the city centre in quiet and family friendly neighbourhood. "Small village"-feeling in Bromma, the closest villa suburb to Stockholm. The house is close the water, beaches, restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops, shops, playgrounds, public transportation and close to the city center: 12 min by tram to nearest subway station where you go downtown in 5-10 min.

Vintage villa by the sea.

A house with bright interior style, with a sense of holiday-luxury large socializing spaces inside and out. A fantastic view in an elevated, unobstructed location, just 40 meters from the sea. The plot of 2.4 hectares, bordered by about 600 meters, sea coast and two private pier-side boats. No pets are allowed but a fee applies. Bed linen/ towels can be rented from us or brought.

3 days in a beautiful and very well equipped house. It was clean and comfortable. Our tall teenage grandchildren would have been more comfortable in the single beds if they had been available. But they managed and we had a really good time.although we didn’t use it, the public transport system was close enough to be an asset. Long walks to Stocksund through the forest and past the lakes were a bonus. The information and help I received from the owners including a video walk around the establishment was invaluable when we arrived and included an introduction to the feathered pets . I would highly recommend it. We had a great time. Thank you.

The property is located right around the corner from the water and offers the opportunity for beautiful walks. It's quiet, you're unobserved. Shopping is 5-10 minutes by car, the public connection to Stockholm is completely hassle-free. But even by car you are in the middle of Stockholm within 20-25 minutes. The apartment offers everything you need for daily cooking and living and is calm and friendly. In addition, Henrik and Irma are very lovable and friendly, so you feel right at home. We would come back anytime!

Anna and Erik's place is a lovely and very functional family home just right for us (2 adults and 1 toddler). The house itself is much larger in reality. There is lots of space in the house for my two-year-old to roam and explore. The neighborhood is quiet and we had enjoyed playing at the parks in the vicinity. Tallkrogen T-Bana station is only 6-8 minutes walk away so going to the city is convenient. There is also a supermarket at the station. Lotta, who is Anna's sister, greeted us and was very helpful in answering many of our questions on the first day. The temperature dropped to -10 degree C during Christmas and it was quite cold in the house. Anna and Erik were prompt and arranged a video call with us immediately to instruct us how to use the internal heating system and fireplace whilst they were on holiday themselves. We cannot thank them enough. It was sweet that they left us a Christmas gift too. Overall it had been a wonderful stay and the perfect Airbnb experience.

We had a wonderful vacation at the Andersson family's house! It was our first vacation in Sweden and also our first experience with Airbnb. Communication with Åke and his children was extremely friendly and helpful. We felt incredibly comfortable in your home and you made us feel welcome. The house is exactly how you imagine a Swedish home! Very cozy and hyggelig :) Our kids loved it too and we were all sad when we had to go home again. This vacation was certainly the most beautiful, relaxing and harmonious we have ever had! We would really love to come back! The perfect little cabin in charming Dalarö. Our family enjoyed four peaceful days here watching our daughters play in the yard, taking evening strolls around the cute town and sipping wine with beautiful waterfront views. Pia is very helpful and quick to respond. We will definitely be back!

This beautiful home was perfect for our family during Christmas week. We spent most of our time cooking, eating, reading and playing games, so the open kitchen-dining-living layout with a fireplace and archipelago views was ideal for us. We especially appreciated the sauna with refreshing plunge pool and the enclosed garden for our dog to run around. Overall, everything was very easy, from communicating with Sabina, settling in, and checking out. Tip: bring slippers as the polished concrete flooring can be a bit hard and chilly underfoot. Thank you, Sabina and family, for letting us relax and unwind in your stylish home!
