We had a fantastic week in an exceptional setting and functional and cozy accommodation. A true haven of peace that is well worth the detour!

Our stay was just wonderful. The house offers a breathtaking view of the sea, which we enjoyed every day. The place was spotlessly clean, cozily furnished and equipped with everything we needed. The peaceful surroundings and the proximity to nature made our stay particularly relaxing. The host was extremely helpful and made sure we felt completely comfortable. We highly recommend this place and are already looking forward to our next visit.

The four of us stayed with Jenny and Johan for a week. The place was wonderful and we had a very nice time!!! Especially the view of the fjord, the surroundings and incredible northern lights have to be lifted out. The jacuzzi on the terrace was the icing on the cake. In particular, we would like to thank you for the information on how to get there. The street was closed by avalanches and Jenny/Johan gave us tips and information for the bypass. Just great. Dear Anne, thank you very much for having us! We have stayed at Anne’s house for almost two weeks and with two different companies: first with friends and then with my husband’s parents. We had amazing time both times. The best things about the house: 1. The view is incredible. Having your first cup of coffee with this view is priceless 2. The house is right on the ski slopes. We could ski in/ski out, making it easy to go ski even for a short period of time 3. The jacuzzi is amazing. We used it sometimes during the sunset time and sometimes late at night for Aurora watching 4. You can see Auroras right from the living room and the jacuzzi is really the best for watching them since you don’t get cold 5. This is the best stocked house I have ever stayed at - it had everything. We could really feel that it’s Anne’s second home, not just a rental house Anne is great as a host as well: friendly, responsive and helpful. We felt welcome and had the best time!

Everything super! For skiing the real mountains of lyngen - there is no better place! Wood fired Sauna and hot tube, what can ask more!

We had an amazing time in Vengsøy! The cabin, the view, and the island were like something out of a Norwegian winter fairy tale. Maria is incredibly friendly and offered us many great tips about the area. She's very warm and welcoming. We did the hike to Hundbergtinden, and it was absolutely breathtaking – we were the only ones there! Vengsøy, the cabins, and especially Maria are highly recommended. We hope to return soon! ❄️❤️

We were very happy at Bente's place. Bente was there to greet us when we arrived (at the time of our choosing after the check-in time), and explained everything. There was also a really good book explaining things but we then only needed to use that as a reference as Bente had already explained it all. Bente has also been very easy to communicate with electronically - very responsive and proactive. The cabin has a very private setting on a beautiful shoreline, and has plenty of windows to let in the light and lovely views (exactly as per the pictures on Airbnb). The cabin was very well kitted out - it had everything needed; for example, the kitchen was really great. We were also very grateful for the use of the snowshoes, and the children loved the sledges and Bente pointed out a great hill beside the house to use these on. We'd definitely hope to return if / when we return to the area.

Lovely quirky little cabin. Melissa has the cabin very well kitted out. It was warm cosy and comfortable. It was ideal for our overnight stop on the way to Tromso from Lofoten Islands.

We struggled to find the cabin but I don’t think we would have had any difficult if we had arrived in daylight. The host was very responsive and arrived on site within 3 minutes to show us where to go. He was very friendly and helpful. The cabin was basic but just as described and what we expected. It was nestled in a lovely peaceful and tranquil environment. A perfect place for a nature lovers get away.

Five stars are not enough to describe the experience we had at Anton's cabin. The timeless and secluded location, the comfort of the accommodation, the access to the surrounding mountains, everything was beyond what we came looking for at Anton's. I can only recommend living this experience in the great Swedish north!

Magnificent cottage with beautiful view and quiet location. The hosts are very friendly, give many helpful tips and provide up-to-date information for the area. 👍🏼 The sauna was a really great feature that we enjoyed using with snow bathing 🧖🏽‍♀️ With the stove and the heating, the cabin stays nice and warm, which makes the living room and bedrooms even more cozy 🔥 We also enjoyed the Weber gas grill with a view very much! 🌭 All in all it was really a very nice vacation in Winter Wonderland and we would all definitely love to come back! 😊

The cabin is perfectly located in the cabin area, sheltered at the end of a road and with a lovely view. The cabin contains everything you could need to have a great stay, the kitchen is richly equipped, large TV to watch movies in the evening and bedrooms with good beds. The cabin is a great location for ski-in and ski-out and has a large porch with good sun conditions. Recommended!

The airbnb is a great place. It is publicly accessible by a ferry from Hansnes. The views are great for the sea and the mountains. We were lucky to see the northern lights right outside the airbnb! Hilde was very responsive about my queries. She was proactive in letting me know about the weather in advance and also notified us about potential time for seeing the Northern lights. if you're looking tor a cozy Airbnb, publicly accessible and great location, this is it! Dear Amadeus and Family, we had an amazing time on your beautiful farm. The place is truly beautiful. You lent us snow shoes so we were able to hike some snowy mountains, see reindeer and moose and even the northern lights. Tromsø isn't too far away so we were able to visit some pretty and impressive places like the polar museum or the beautiful cathedral. We really enjoyed our stay especially due to your and your family's kindness. Whether we had a question, were in need of firewood or snowed in on our way to the airport at six in the morning, you were always kind and helpful. You even gifted us some of your farm's eggs, some champagne or soda, just because. Thank you very much! We can really recommend this airbnb. It's surroundings are beautiful and you reach it easily. You can park direktly on the farm. The hut is well equipped and it lacks nothing. There was a snowstorm going on and we were still very warm and cozy. Check in and out were easy. The hosts are very kind. 10/10

Loved the cottage. Took a bit to crack the code on water, toilet, sauna etc.. It is important to read the instructions to be prepared 😇 The house and surrounding are lovely. Used it as a base to do ski touring and cross-country skiing in and around Tromsö. Stayed with 4 adults. Would definitely recommend and come again.

Cozy accommodation close to the mountains. Skiing can be accessed directly from the yard of the cottage. The stay has great amenities. Recommended!
