Monthly Rentals in Malakoff

Loved the stay. It was very easy to find. We arrived early and the hosts gave us an opportunity to drop our luggage & freshen up. The appartement was as described and we had few snacks/drinks waiting for us when we checked in. Amazing service from the hosts. Clean and spacey appartment.

Frederic’s place is exactly in the pictures - clean and comfortable. It was equipped with everything I needed - from plates, cooking utensils, clean towels and paper towels to amenities like clothes iron, washing machine and fridge. I liked that the place was close to the metro station and got me to anywhere in Paris center within 20-30 mins. There is a bakery and a mini mart close by. The only problem I had was as the nights were warm there was no fan in the room. I left the windows open but the chatter from the restaurant downstairs could be heard. Loved my stay and will definitely stay here if I returned to Paris.

very calm and nice place, shopping around is a breeze as all the necessary shops are around, baber, supermarket and so on. the place is nice and clean, Luis is very helpful and a nice person. 100% recommend if you're searching a studio.
