This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

Bienvenidos a nuestro pequeño y encantador paraíso. Sobre una colina, en un espacio natural protegido y con unas increíbles vistas frente al océano Atlántico, perfecto para desconectar. A 10 minutos paseando y a 3 minutos en coche, de una de las mejores playas de la isla, las playas de Jandia se extienden al sur y cuentan con unos 23 km de arena blanca y unas aguas tranparentes, perfectas para perderse y desconectar.

Wir waren das 2. Mal bei Chada zu Gast und haben uns wie beim ersten Mal gleich wieder wohl gefühlt in diesem geschmackvoll eingerichteten Apartment. Die großzügige Aussenterasse mit Außendusche und verschiedenen bequemen Sitzmöglichkeiten haben wir jeden Tag genossen. Der Kontakt mit Chada ist schnell und unkompliziert. Wir können Chada uneingeschränkt empfehlen. P.S. : im Haus befindet sich ein Restaurant (LAPA) mit leckeren Speisen und einer sehr netten Bedienung.

Superbe maison qui offre un confort exceptionnel. L’architecture d’inspiration Gaudí est magique, les pièces restent fraîches toute la journée, l’équipement et la propreté impeccables. L’accueil par Daniel, sa disponibilité et sa réactivité sont parfaits, la communication avec Carina excellente. L’une des plus belles plages de l’île est à deux pas de même qu’un supermarché très bien achalandé. Environnement calme. Malheureusement nous avons été malchanceux : les propriétaires de la villa en première ligne peu scrupuleux ont entrepris des travaux très bruyants sur plusieurs jours mais Daniel est intervenu pour trouver une solution. C’est le seul bémol décevant car profiter pleinement des espaces extérieurs a été parfois impossible. Une petite suggestion : des matelas pour les transats et un parasol pour protéger la table très exposée au soleil le midi seraient top ! Hormis ce problème de voisinage, tout est pensé pour passer un excellent séjour dans cette villa d’exception !

Fin dal primo contatto, la host è stata gentilissima e super disponibile, pronta a fornire consigli utili su cosa vedere e fare nei dintorni. La casa è semplicemente da sogno: un terrazzo ampio affacciato sul mare, perfetto per rilassarsi con un aperitivo o godersi una cena con vista. Il suono delle onde che accompagna la notte è qualcosa di magico. La camera, seppur piccola, è accogliente. La casa é dotata di tutti i servizi descritti nell’annuncio. Ci tornerei subito, senza pensarci due volte!

Beautiful apartment, had everything that you could wish for. We loved sitting on the balcony having our breakfast in the morning with the stunning views of the beach (which was just a few steps away). The Costa Beach restaurant was very close and offered good food at a reasonable price with live music some evenings. Nightlife in Costa Calma is very low key though. My husband found the bed a little uncomfortable but I was absolutely fine with it, so just a personal preference thing I think. The pillows weren't the best but that is honestly the only negative, everything else more than exceeded our expectations.

Beautiful Vacation Home|Sea View

We had a very enjoyable 11 nights stay at Grazyna’s house, which is very comfortably furnished and equipped to a very high standard. Communication with Grazyna, Adam & Alisa was excellent, with good suggestions & answers to our queries. We did however have no working WiFi during our stay. But given the good 4G signal & other features of the house, I have no hesitation in giving it a 5* review.
