Very good 1st floor apartment in a quiet neighborhood of Volos. Easy parking in the surrounding area. The property is spotless and beautifully decorated, it gives you a feeling of being hosted in a friendly house. The hostess was polite and communicative. Unique negative that there is no elevator for people with mobility needs.

I just want to give a big thankyou to Mike and Anastasia, what they have created here is beautiful. Our stay from minute one was just the most special thing, Mike greeted us with a big welcoming smile and was so helpful. Everything was spot on, Villa, pool, hot tub, surroundings were immaculate, and once we got there we felt at home straight away. We arrived there stressed and tired we left there invigorated and chilled. Try and get in the village if you can as well, it’s again something very special. We will be back 100% and I highly recommend that anyone should immerse themselves here, it’s wonderful. Thankyou so much Mike!

Had an amazing time in Portaria at Katerina and Emilios's beautiful home. They were such gracious hosts, and made us feel welcome immediately. The view from the house is breathtaking - really one-of-a-kind. The house itself is extremely charming. The rooms were very comfortable, and the kitchen had so many small touches, like walnuts/fruits/milk that made us feel welcome. An incredible place to come back to after touring the Pelion region during the days. Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful place. It's small and cozy and nice and warm for winter. There are two bedrooms, and a couple of beds also in the living room area. The host was very communicative, and his assistant, Hará, was very kind and helpful. We are very close to town and all the lovely restaurants. The furnishings are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for cooking. I would definitely stay here again. This is a great place. We had a wonderful stay at the flat. All the family were very kind to us and explained all the best spots and restaurants around. We loved the easy access to the Fakrista beach. Every morning, we woke up with a stunning view of the sea and then went to the beach in 5 minutes by car for an early swim. If you’re looking for a hidden gem to stay in the Pelion Region, book this flat, and you will have a lovely time in nature.

The welcome was made by Dimitris' father who was very helpful and gave us useful tips about the area! Very beautiful view from the house 🏡 and very close on foot (5-10 minutes) from the center of Portaria.

Incredible stay on the quiet part of Makrinitsa. The hosts were responsive and very helpful. Our host met us at the car park and helped us drive to the house which helped us navigate the country road. The house had everything we needed, it was well stocked, warm and clean. It’s a short hike down the path to the village. We used the barbecue and the fireplace. Makrinitsa is a beautiful village and it’s also easy to access nearby villages by car, such as Portaria or Stagiates. It’s a 35 min ride into Volos so you can be by the sea side if you fancy a break. Would highly recommend 💯

A great place, warmly decorated with taste. Incredible quiet and breathtaking views. Mrs. Miss Mademoiselle greeted us warmly, offered us local welcome dishes. While polite Mrs. Korina had given us detailed arrival and tour information of the area. The highlight was the place that had billiards and Table Tennis where we spent endless hours of relaxation and fun!

Klita’s place was perfect for a relaxing stay, the outside space in particular is really charming. The location is great, with a lovely little beach and some tavernas less than a 5 minute walk away. Kilta was very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for relaxing holiday in a tranquil setting.

Beautiful host, beautiful house with all the amenities. The only problem was the bathroom, in the description it says 1 bathroom + 1 toilet with a shower, when in fact one is just a toilet and a second toilet with a shower. For a 6 person stay, I think 1 more shower is missing. Everything else was perfect, for every recommendation!

Great host, relaxing place with great views

We had a lovely time in this beautiful place. The house was clean and comfortable, the swimming pool amazingly refreshing and the location ideal, since you can walk to the beach and various beach bars - but still very peaceful. The hosts are friendly but discreet and happy to offer info. All in all a great summer experience!
