In 2022 we renovated it with respect to its traditional style, into a spacious idyllic guesthouse for 2+1 people, fully adapted to the traditional community of Makrinitsa, and yet providing modern amenities. Staying at Efthimis's villa was a wonderful experience. The place is peaceful, clean, and full of charm. Surrounded by nature, the villa has amazing views and a relaxing atmosphere. Dimitris and Vaggelis were really good hosts. They met us and helped us get to the apartment which was really nice because we had a toddler with us. They gave us local recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The house is really nice, spacious and very practical. We visited in December and it was warm inside. The view is stunning. Of course getting to the house requires a bit of effort that we knew about and most places is Pilio are the same. Overall it was a great stay

Great people K always available for anything we needed! The fireplace fantastic K the pillows very useful especially for young but old children! The location couldn't be better. 10 meters from the square with a playground under the house. The kids enjoyed it! The room amenities are great and the house spotless!! I highly recommend it!!! We'll definitely be back!!

Country house with spectacular view

Incredible stay on the quiet part of Makrinitsa. The hosts were responsive and very helpful. Our host met us at the car park and helped us drive to the house which helped us navigate the country road. The house had everything we needed, it was well stocked, warm and clean. It’s a short hike down the path to the village. We used the barbecue and the fireplace. Makrinitsa is a beautiful village and it’s also easy to access nearby villages by car, such as Portaria or Stagiates. It’s a 35 min ride into Volos so you can be by the sea side if you fancy a break. Would highly recommend 💯
