Aki nem szeretne millió emberrel együtt egyszerre hemzsegni, annak tökéletes a hely. Az apartman közel a bevásárló központokhoz( pl. LIDL)..., így nem kell mindent drágábban megvenned a belvárosban. Fedett, zárt parkolója van a közelben, ami nagy előny és nem ég szét az autód a napon!

Hervorragend. Ein ganz besonderes Haus für Naturliebhaber. einsam in einer Privatbucht gelegen. Man hört nur die Vögel und das Meer. Sonnenuntergang inklusive. Sehr netter Gastgeber. Er hat uns sogar frischen Fisch gefangen und köstlich zubereitet. Unvergesslicher Aufenthalt.

Ivans Haus liegt ruhig, privat und umgeben von Bergen in einer wunderschönen Landschaft. Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen und uns wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und zudem modern eingerichtet. Die Betten sind super. Der Außenbereich verspricht Urlaubsfeeling pur. Vogelgezwitscher, ein Whirlpool zur Entspannung, der insbesondere unter dem Sternenhimmel ein Highlight ist, Sonnenliegen und ein atemberaubender Blick in die Berge. Was will man mehr. Ivan ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und uns viele Ausflugstipps gegeben hat, wie z.B. das Naturreservat Biokovo mit dem Skywalk. Wanderwege sind ebenfalls in der Umgebung vorhanden. Split und Dubrovnik eignen sich als Tagesausflüge. Die ersten Strände sind etwa 35 Minuten entfernt. In der Nachbarschaft lebt eine ältere Dame mit ihren zwei süßen Hunden. Sie ist ebenfalls sehr nett und aufmerksam. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und würden auch wiederkommen.

My whole family was obsessed with this place. The adults loved the beautiful scenery and the peacefulness and the kids loved the hot tub and the swings. The house is adorable and very nice and the views were even better than the pictures. We loved meandering around Humac and being close to so many interesting small villages to explore. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat on the island of Hvar, you will be hard pressed to find something better than Mario’s place.

Upravo smo se vratili s odmora u ovoj predivnoj vili i jednostavno moramo podijeliti svoje oduševljenje! Tražili smo smještaj koji nudi potpunu privatnost i opuštanje, a ova vila je nadmašila sva naša očekivanja. Smještena usred netaknute prirode, vila pruža nevjerojatan osjećaj mira i spokoja. Započinjanje dana uz cvrkut ptica i svjež zrak, daleko od gradske vreve, bio je pravi melem za dušu. Bazen je bio apsolutni hit! Prostran, čist i s dovoljno ležaljki za sve – idealan za jutarnje osvježenje ili popodnevno uživanje pod suncem. Posebno nam se svidjelo što je bazen potpuno privatan, što nam je omogućilo da se opustimo bez ikakvih smetnji. Vrt je priča za sebe. Prekrasno uređen, s obiljem zelenila i šarenog cvijeća, i mnoštvom povrća pravo je umjetničko djelo. Svaki kutak vrta odiše pažnjom i ljubavlju, pružajući savršen ambijent za večernja druženja ili jednostavno uživanje u tišini. Dijete je obožavalo istraživati svaki kutak! Ova vila nije samo smještaj, već jedinstveno iskustvo.

We had a great experience staying at Marin’s place, he was such a great host, super friendly and always ready to help if we needed anything. The apartment was lovely and comfortable with everything you need and fantastic views. The possibility to use his bicycles was great! One of the most beautiful bike rides we’ve experienced, such gorgeous views! We’d love to come back again sometime and would really recommend staying at Vanja C!

We had the most wonderful experience staying at Milena and Mirko’s villa. From the moment we arrived, Milena made us feel incredibly welcome. She was warm, thoughtful, and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Her hospitality was truly above and beyond – always available, kind, generous and full of advice and local secrets.  Mirko was equally lovely – a kind-hearted host who regularly checked on the villa to make sure everything was perfect. He even brought us thoughtful little gifts during our stay, which made us feel extra special. The villa itself is immaculately maintained. The pool and hot tub are outstanding, and the outdoor summer kitchen is a dream come true – perfect for cooking and relaxing in the stunning surroundings. The view from the villa gave us a true sense of peace and escape. We can't recommend this place enough. It’s clear that Milena and Mirko put their hearts into hosting this villa. We would definitely return.

We met by Ivan who was lovely, the apartment was very comfortable, beds were excellent and lovely new bathroom. Parking was available just across the road which was very easy to access. We could walk in 5 mins to the beach and restaurants. We would happily stay again and really appreciated the space for our stay, thank you, Warmest Janine & Nicole

We had a fantastic stay at Dana's apartment! It was perfect - beautiful views, comfortable, stylish, and we felt right at home. Only steps from the beach, a giant bowl of fruit to welcome us, extremely comfortable beds, great little balcony as well as a terrace for sunning with an equally wonderful view. There are even loungers you can take to the beach if you want. I did not want to leave! Dana and her daughter were wonderful and they were very flexible on check-out, which we very much appreciated. I can't wait to go back. Would definitely stay again - well worth the price.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr schön und was ich besonders erwähnen möchte, sind die hervorragenden Matratzen. Es ist alles genügend vorhanden. Bei Fragen haben wir sofort Antwort bekommen und auch Hinweise zu Feiertagen kamen proaktiv. Zum Hafen braucht man fussläufig ca. 15 Minuten. Ja, der Rückweg, die schon steile hinauf, ist die ersten Male anstrengend, aber daran gewöhnt man sich. Es gibt einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit die Wohnung wieder buchen.

wir waren sehr zufrieden,Iris und die Familie von Iris waren alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. die Unterkunft ist sehr nah zum Strand. Sauber war es. Ruhig auch. Balkon Ausblick zum Meer und Sonne ☀️ den ganzen Tag satt. Das Appartement hat eben alles was man benötigt zum Leben. Wir hatten besseren Internet als Zuhause. Eine phänomenale Unterkunft mit einer top Ausstattung! Einfach die Seele baumeln lassen und diesen tollen Ausblick genießen. Jedes Detail wurde sorgsam durchdacht und der Pool ist super sauber. Der Zugang zum Strand ist gigantisch, jede Ecke auf dem Weg zum Strand ist ein Schmuckstück für sich. Alles extrem gepflegt. In Laufnähe (ca 5 Minuten) ein gut sortierter Mini-Supermarkt und 2 Restaurants. Die Gastgeberin Ana bekommt eine 10/10, extrem kompetent, zuvorkommen, unkompliziert und einfach besonders.

We spent in Nevan‘s apartment one week. Generally our impression is great. Apartment located in the depths of the quiet yard, so we had some nice and important for us privacy. Whole apartment consist of one room, combining a bedroom and a kitchen, and WC. This small space was totally equipped by everything what we need and ready for positive staying, cooking, washing, etc. In front of the room there is beautiful terrace with table and chairs. So morning coffee or evening tea was available in the open air. Our way to the nearest beach took 5 minutes and approximately 10 minutes back(rise up). Old town, the seafront with various restaurants, port, markets and shops were also in walking distance. Separately I would like to note that the apartment had all necessary little things and there were enough of them for whole our staying . Additional bonus was very friendly and communicated host.

Fabulous beach house vibe. We absolutely loved staying right on the beach - beautiful sunlit mornings, spectacular sunsets and easy to swim (even if the water was a little chilly!). Short easy walk into the chilled out village of Drasnice with relaxing seafront cafes. Excellent location on the Makarska Riviera with easy access (by car) to amazing beaches like Punta Rata at Brela. If you fancy a bit of adventure, it's also convenient for the Bikovo National Park with its dramatic Skywalk. Emi was a very kind host, giving us homemade bread and cookies and even a souvenir gift at the end of our stay. Her son Rato was also very helpful and quickly responded to our request for more towels. The house is a cosy beach cottage, quite rustic but very cute. The kitchen is small and doesn't have an oven so it challenged our cooking skills a bIt but we got on fine and there is a dishwasher, washing machine and great shower.

Had a great stay at Ivan's place. perfect for our trip, AC and good bed with a great balcony with sea-views! Close to the town and beach! All in all a great stay and would definitely come back!

Ilija, war eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Sie hat sich super nett um uns gekümmert. Und alles dafür gegeben, dass wir uns wohl fühlen. Wir haben sogar bei Einzug, Getränke und zu essen im Kühlschrank gehabt. Das Apartment ist auch sehr schön und super sauber. Die Baustelle in der Umgebung ist hoffentlich auch bald fertig und dafür kann die Gastgeberin auch nichts. Vielen Dank! Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. 😊

We were looked after by Dina's cousin Antea, who was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. She looked out for us and made sure we had everything we needed. The accommodation was well equipped and spotlessly clean and comfortable. The view down to the harbour from the living room window and outside seating area was lovely. It was a five minute walk down to the harbour with its selection of restaurants and a supermarket - a few more minutes walking back up because you have a slope to climb, but that should not deter anyone who is averagely fit. We took a water taxi from Lumbarda harbour right to the edge of pedestrianised Korcula Old Town, which cost 15 euros return and ran every 30 minutes. This was nicer than going by road and not too unreasonable considering that parking anywhere near the town costs 5 euros an hour. The Old Town is beautiful and a more relaxing, less touristy and so more atmospheric version of Dubrovnik with lots of nice art studios.

Apartamento grande, muito confortável, com estacionamento, muito perto da ponte para a cidade velha. A anfitriã é extremamente delicada e gentil.

Maya, her son, and father are amazing!!! Very friendly and accommodating. We spent the most time here during our 2 week Euro trip. Fantastic views from the balcony and a great place to relax with lounge chairs and a table to eat at. Right on the water with a great walk down to the shore where you can jump right into the sea! Space was modern, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was SO nice. By far the nicest bathroom of anywhere we stayed. Maya's father took us out on his boat with his beagle. It was amazing. He knew the best spots, shared cool information/stories. It was a very authentic/non touristy experience. Maya let us borrow snorkel gear and that was beyond awesome because we snorkeled in the sea by the house but also on our boat trip which was truly special. She also provided homemade olive oil which was divine. WONDERFUL experience and stay.

Perfekte, vollständig ausgestattete Unterkunft. Sogar verschiedenste Waschmittel lagen parat, ebenso Grundlagen der Küche wie Kaffee, Zucker, Öle, Essig usw. Die Lage zwischen Supermarkt und Strand ist ein Traum. Alles modern, sauber und großzügig geschnitten. Die Bilder in der Wohnung sind ungewöhnlich und einen Blick wert 🤭. Bis auf den Parkplatz ist auch alles total unkompliziert. Um zum Parkplatz auf dem Innenhof zu gelangen, am besten in der Einbahnstraße gegen den Strich fahren wie die Einheimischen 😉 Kroatien ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert, Split besonders, und diese Unterkunft kann ich nur empfehlen 👍.

We stayed a week at the apartment. Lea and her family were very friendly and helpful. Private beach right outside. Supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. Uber to Split took around 20 minutes and cost 10-15 euro. We had a wonderful time, would recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay and agree that the balcony is the best place to enjoy coffee in the morning and the sunsets in the evening. Loved being able to quickly walk into town but also being away from the crowds a bit. The views were amazing, the apartment space was huge and we loved having a washing machine to do laundry. Ericka and her husband were so helpful with suggestion of where to eat and places to walk, to the amazing reference book in the apartment. Would definitely choose the apartment when in town!

This was the PERFECT place to stay in Split. The location was ideal for us — close enough to walk easily to town, but far enough to be peaceful and quiet. Easy access to the beach. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with a view we will never forget. Igor was a wonderful host, very kind and helpful, and gave us some wonderful recommendations for food and drinks in town! Highly recommend and hope we can make it back someday.

We had a fantastic stay at Ivo’s apartment in Lumbarda. The location is perfect and the photos struggle to capture the beauty of view you get from the front terrace (there are two terraces!). Nothing separates you from the sea apart from the local road to the centre of town. There are a couple of very small sandy beaches in the town but 15 minutes walk to a beautiful large sandy beach. If you have a car we recommend Pupnatska Luka as our favourite beach - windy small road to get there but its worth it! Ivo and his wife were perfect hosts - lovely to deal with and very helpful. The apartment is bright open and spotless with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We would love to come back in the future.
