Kuća za odmor Melani nalazi se u mirnom dijelu Gacke doline u selu Sinac. Veliki privatni grijani bazen 9,5m x 4m. Grijani bazen je otvoren od 01. svibnja do 01. listopada. Bazen ima i plitki dio za djecu. Temperatura u bazenu je uvijek iznad 25C. Finska sauna je besplatna za naše goste. Dovoljno blizu svim znamenitostima, a dovoljno daleko za ugodni boravak i mir. Kuca S&D nalazi se u mjestu Svica,7km udaljena od Otočca. Svojim gostima nudi smještaj, besplatan WiFi, parking te veliko dvorište.
