Fantastic place well equiped with everithing you need. Would reccomend.

The flat is quite new, all as described, convenient parking. The view from the balcony is just great! The only thing to mention that location is good if you travel by car. All shops are reachable by car only. Small beach Volosko like 20 minutes walk down the hill and same 20 minutes back upstairs almost impossible with children... But by car you can reach many other beaches within 20 minutes or so. We used Medveja beach, which has parking, some activities and beach bar. We had a great stay at all!

There were 6 of us in the accommodation and it was a really nice time. The accommodation has everything you need and the garden was a dream. We played a lot in the garden and grilled in the outdoor kitchen. We felt very welcome and did many nice things in the area. Thanks for the wonderful time.

We had such a great stay at Marjana's. The house, pool, outdoors is just amazing!! She is a very kind and helpful person. The views from the house are so beautiful and we really enjoyed the quietness. The house is very big with plenty of space and all you might need. We hope to stay again soon!

A beautiful place to stay. A new home, lovely view out the back patio, relaxing to sit and read, great kitchen to cook in, terrific water pressure, very responsive host, including a surprise of fresh cherries one day, and breakfast another, plus arranged for a cab back to the airport. Highly recommend.

Absolutely stunning location with access to the beach for swimming or a walking path to town. About a 5 minute walk to a bar/restaurant on the water or a 20 minute walk to Piran. The description does not lie — quite a steep hike from the parking lot to the house, especially with luggage. Definitely bring mosquito repellant if you want to sit outside.

We vacationed with 7 friends in this great villa. It looks much nicer in person than in the photos. Very luxurious. The villa has plenty to offer (barbecue, foosball, PlayStation...) and also everyday amenities such as spices/Zewa/cleaning supplies. Iva was always available for us and gave us good tips. During our stay, a friend of his partner proposed a marriage proposal - for this Iva organized flowers with the florist, who were even delivered to us. The area is also really beautiful and in 10-20 minutes you have various small villages and towns with restaurants, supermarkets and gas stations.
