Flavia's flat is exactly as described, all extremely clean beautiful and nice, the wifi is great and super fast. Beds are very comfortable, blankets pillows and super clean towels. The shower is wonderful, and the bathroom was impeccable. The kitchen serves a stay very well for those who like to cook, well complete and equipped and for those who prefer to order ifood, the surroundings have plenty of restaurants, bakeries and wineries that serve and have a good price. The outskirts of the building is super safe, and although it does not have a garage (for short stays) it is very easy to park in front of the building and has quite a vacancy, and right in front of the concierge there is a monitoring center with camera. In front of the building there is a market and on the corner a gas station. The ubers arrive super fast due to good location and are not expensive. Despite the short stay I recommend with my eyes closed the good service of Flavia and the condominium. We'll be back soon.

I loved Manoel's apartment, easy access, location, close to bars, wineries, pharmacies, markets, station. The apartment is very cozy, I think maybe it just needs some maintenance in the main room on the headboard wall, but other than that, everything is very clean, organized, everything is automated, hot shower, there is an iron. The host was very attentive, responded quickly, left nothing to be desired. I would come back again and I highly recommend it.

Alexandre and Luciana were very attentive since before we closed the house, until we left. The house served us very well during the stay, it has everything! Swimming pool, barbecue, several bedrooms, bathrooms, TV room, dining room, gym in front, tennis court. Anyway, they were very quiet days for those who need to relax.

The place is much better than the photos show, I confess that I was expecting little, but the place delivered everything and much more, great barbecue, swimming pool looks small in the pictures, but in person it is huge and wonderful the grassy area is huge and to a river that is a spectacular part, a spectacular view, every day we were left the ducks came to give us good day and ask for bread, our pet pissed on the lawn, ran so much that sometimes we went to look and she was passed out on the floor while sleeping kkkk, we spent the end of the year and we had 15 minutes of fireworks, not even in the city had ever seen so beautiful. The house is small, but nothing that gets in the way, for small groups is sensational, we were in 3 adults, 1 8-year-old, a 1 and a half year baby and a pet, so it was great, it was very hot, it was very hot, there was a lack of a ventilator in the place, hint, if warm, light. Extremely attentive Raquel, always responding quickly, was totally flexible at the entrance and on the way out, accepted our pet, it was wonderful.

The apartment is great. I felt absolutely right at the house As I like to cook, this point caught my attention , with this island for cooking, in the middle of the room. I would suggest having a few more utensils , such as a pyrex that can be taken to the oven, spoon to stir that does not spoil the teflon of the pots, a blender . The building has a very good security, which it does at the entrance and exit always the porters need to free us. I did not find this a problem, but rather interesting as security. The gym is super complete, the pools are beautiful. Itamar always responded very quickly. The little shops on the same street save everything, and the OXXO 24hs just outside the building. I will definitely return.

I went to SP to watch a show at Allianz, and Maria and her husband were wonderful to me, so receptive, polite and patient. It was a short stay, but I will remember it with great affection and happiness, as they are wonderful and good people who helped me at such an important time in my life. The place really is a dream for the price charged, there is nothing better. I needed to leave my belongings BEFORE 3 p.m. and check-in was flexible. Right from the start, in responding to messages, Marco was perfect, responding quickly with clear instructions. Easy to get to, 24-hour security, I registered, I felt at home with Bia's affectionate embrace. The photos are real, recent, and what a view of SP, the best. I talked to the mother Teresa, I met the daily cleaning girl, I met other guests that I want to be friends with for life. Unmatched for the price, they deserve 100 stars. I'll be back for sure.

I'll be brief: if you want to feel literally at home away from home, stay in the girls' space. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, wonderful view. Adriá was a wonderful host, she gave detailed guidelines, with videos and audio guiding on the entrance to the building, parking, leisure areas and even told us things to do in the surroundings. Everything was perfect!

In addition to being the setting of a very special moment for us, the accommodation itself is excellent: comfortable, clean, cozy and with a well-kept and smelling environment. Everything is new, and the balcony is simply beautiful! The host is super attentive, responds fast and is always available to guests. The hotel is also great, with a swimming pool, sauna and a beautiful viewpoint. In addition, the location is great, with restaurants, bakeries and even a nearby market.
